    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

Can anyone simplify the new rulings on lacy act my understanding is it has been lifted pending an appeal that's huge burms and retics for everyone on serious note does anyone understand it

A simplified version, from my understanding, is that when it is passed, species like the Yellow Anaconda, which was previously restricted from state to state travel will be allowed to do such. So any large constrictors or anything the Lacey Act once restricted will now be allowed for state to state shipping. Hope this helps.
 
Exactly, states can still make their own laws determining what you can keep, down here in Florida, the Burmese Python will still be restricted. It's purely a shipping thing.
