    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Made a deal with Lamar Clays. Since i DON'T TAKE PAY PAL HE SAID HE WOULD OVERNIGHT A mo TO ME i Shipped the Pixie frog on Mon and he said he was going to overnight the MO to me on Mon also. The last time we spoke he said he was on his way to send it. So I went ahead and shipped the frog I told him $250.00 shipped little did I know that shipping was going to be $75.00 because the frog was 4lbs. I was willing to take a hit on the shipping because I really needed the money. Well that was the last that I heard from. The frog was send and he got it. When I tried to call him to find out why I did not get the money. He said I had the wrong number but I recnised his voice. Ever sinse then He won't pick up the phone or respond to my many texes. So now I don't know wat to do instead of letting everybody not to trust him.He is:

If anybody knows if I have any legal recourse please let me know. It killed me to get rid of that frog but I needed the what. Now I am out 250.00 for the frog and $75.00 for the shipping. Do I have any legal recourse?:angry:
 
Really sorry to hear this BUT.......you just should NEVER, EVER ship ANYTHING until you have the money in your hands or account!
This goes to prove WHY!
Again sorry you have been taken but even though it is a sad reflection on todays society it is all too common an occurrence nowadays.
I honestly do not think there is much you can really do at this stage to recover your funds
Hate to say it should be a lesson learned but.......
 
Do you know where he saw your ad for the frog? Was it here, Kingsnake, one of the Facebook groups, or ?

Michael, it looks like he posted a picture of your frog on his Facebook page. Nothing like proof that he is not only a thief, but a dumb thief. He will have a hard time saying he did not receive the frog.

At this stage he is not saying he did not receive, he is just refusing to communicate. I mean he tried the classic, oh you have the wrong number, move....
Now he is just refusing to acknowledge michaels existence.
Seems like just a common thief....
Still, goods should NOT have been sent without payment first no matter how desperate you may be for cash as now you are out $325 value.
 
I myself had the same problem when I got scammed by him and Pay Pal did not back me up. I contacted my local police department and his local police department but neither of which were any help. Everybody has his actual name phone number and address yet he has been at this for years and never get in trouble. He is also a FedEx employee. I beat this thing to death for 3 months trying to get help because I was scammed out of several hundred dollars and a hybrid iguana. I finally gave up
 
Mr Nutall is also well known in the tropical fish hobby for this same kind of thing and has been for several years now.
