    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

I bought a beautiful female clown from him, and to be honest she was better than he even described. Shipping methods were excellent,(shipped through syr) reptile was perfect in every way. Great communication very wonderful and easy to work with. I will have no hesitation whatsoever to buy from him repeatedly in the future.I highly recommend him.

Well, it was your threats to make things public so please do. Also, as I stated in the emails C & P is not BOI standards.
 
I dont have time for your drama. Again, you lied to be about the history of the animal. So i requested that you refund my money or i will be filing a dispute through paypal by noon today my time.
 
UPDATE: A dispute has now been filed with PayPal for the refusal to refund the $875 back to me. I respectfully asked you numerous times to simply refund the money due to your lack of integrity about the Female Powerball. It is clear that things are being covered up on your part, and I assume that PayPal will have no problem escalating this to a Claim, and thoroughly investigate the entire transaction...

I hope this is not the case. HOWEVER, I was informed by my legal adviser, that I need to make you aware that my attorney is now fully involved with this and is tracking on everything that has happened, including the identification of your lies, lack of integrity about the animal, not fully disclosing information about the animal I purchased from you, lack of understanding that I can't accept her in hot temperatures next week (or for the remainder of the summer due to hot temperatures), and overall lack of cooperation with me. I have simply asked you to refund the money and move on, of which you have yet to do. Per our conversations over email, which my attorney has every email in front of him now, the money was supposed to be refunded on Thursday evening, May 9th, 2013... of which I have not received. I gave you until noon today, Friday, May 10th, 2013 and it still has yet to be resolved. I will give you another chance before filing a lawsuit against you and letting the attorney do what he has to do, all you have to do is simply press the "refund" button in paypal and ensure I receive the funds, just like I have requested numerous times. This offer expires tomorrow, Saturday, at NOON my time, Pacific Standard Time. If the money has not been returned by then, you will hear from my attorney Monday morning, May 13th, 2013.

I find it quite peculiar that you have time to consult with “your attorney”, yet fail to add any evidence to back up your fictitious claims. It is also very amusing that ON THE DAY OF SHIPPING, you change your mind 3 times on whether I was shipping the snake to your or not. I even called you 4 times and you failed to answer your phone. You are the one that loved to throw threats of having “the BOI folks” analyze our emails. But, I think you finally realized what insulting words you were typing and decided to let it go. The funniest thing was, after I was such I lying, deceitful person, you then ask me to ship the animal to you. NONE of it makes sense. You now claim that due to weather, shipping cannot occur. Don’t you think this is something YOU should have brought up prior to purchase? Along these same lines, your buyer’s remorse grew with MANY emails after the sale, about the animal. ONCE again, before I give someone my hard earn money, I ask EVERYTHING I can think of.
You claim I lied to you about the snake. When I purchased her, the original owner told me her age and who hatched her. You determine this was me trying to lie to you, why would I do that or have any reason to do that. You wanted to know more information, so I TOLD you that I would go through my records to find out more for you. This would include contacting the original owner if I had to, to please you. But, you somehow think things happen automatically and did not even give me time. Kind of like the above thread posting on the BOI 2 minutes into OUR deal. Now, you state if the snake is shipped, you will refuse her, thus putting the snake at risk. Also, you pushed me for a Friday delivery even though this is against your own TOS, along with you not being there to sign for her.
 
Lance... Ive warned you many times about your words towards me. I told you to not send her to me because you told me lies about this animal, and I caught you on your lies. Period. Not up for arguement. THAT is the reason why I told you to not send her to me. Never once did you explain ANY of what you wrote above to me. You avoided the question of who produced her & where she came from, from the get go. You finally replied that she came from Outback... So I emailed Josh and he said she did NOT... Anyone, feel free to call Josh and ask yourself. So... I gave you the benefit of the doubt again, and gave you multiple opportunities to refund my money. Period. You have my request, and if you do not honor it, then legal action will be taken.
 
Well Jeremy, It has been almost a week. I am still waiting for PROOF in regards to your accusations. "Ive warned you many times about your words towards me." Maybe your pseudo lawyer can explain to you what veracity is and why you lack it. You are a dead beat buyer.

Ohh... And... I have already received plenty of emails from people asking about you... and I have provided them plenty of "proof" as you put it... and the vote has been in my favor from the get go... so MOVE ON LANCE AND LEAVE ME ALONE!
