    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Several years ago I made a deal with Jeff Carr of West Coast Constrictors to trade my pair of dumerils boas for a green tree python. He had offered to ship the python first, but I didn't have their setup ready so I said I would ship the dums first. It was February when we shipped, and when the female arrived she was showing signs of respiratory distress. I immediately refunded his Paypal, and paid for the return shipping of the pair back to me. You can contact him and check it out for yourself. I have always tried to be very cool in my sales, because I have been burned too. Shoot, I usually try to get my stuff from people like Pete Kahl and Bob Clark because of the guarantees. But this is not something I planned on and I haven't been able to remedy the situation as quickly as I would like, and it won't ever happen again. There certainly are scumbags out there. It sucks that suddenly I have been lumped into that category. I have never in my life gone through the financial dilemma I have found myself now facing. Honestly, my life is crappy, I completely understand where John is coming from, and I hate that it is taking so long to make it right.

That is a nice list of excuses. Sounds like you were living on your girlfriends credit & you probably screwed her over the same way you did John. If she was able to turn everything off then they were all in her name, even your cell phone was in her name. You can't even get your own cell phone in your name? that's pathetic. IM guessing if things were the other way around, you would have managed to get to a phone or computer access to contact John for your money. IM confused about a statement in your post, you stated how the weather went bad & you weren't able to ship but you were able to go on a 5 day camping trip? I loved your statement in post

The readers here don't see him wanting what you took his hard earned money for as a threat & you even saying that to make John look bad only makes you look like a bigger scumbag. Your scum & only trying to make things right because the heat is on & you need Fauna to sell your snakes. Also doing the right thing is not a character reference, it's part of doing good business & if you screwed Jeff over the word about you would have traveled faster & further. I really hope John gets his snake & that this has a happy ending but I think your just posting on this to buy time to sell your snakes here on Fauna & move on & John will be out his money. I hope you prove me wrong but either way you took his money & disappeared until he kept the pressure on & you needed to move your snakes.

You know, you just might get a little further by trying to contact him directly instead of coming here and calling him a dirtbag after 5 months of inactivity on this thread. Have you tried contacting him in the past 5 months? Seeing as his last activity as you posted was at 11:11 pm it is highly doubtful he is still using the library for his internet source.

I guess personal responsibility no longer applies. So if you could when you get time please feel free to return my money! If you need a self addressed envelope and stamp I will send it to you! Also please feel free to borrow other peoples money at your leisure they wont mind because we understand your situation and that makes it OK

Btw, antagonism is what you are doing with your posts towards Lance. I understand wanting to receive what you paid for or your money back but chances are calling him names especially after saying you wouldn't be doing so anymore, is not going to get you anywhere.

You had posted previously wrote of seeking legal actions against him. Where is that at?
