Due to the cold weather we are adding a heat pack to all the packages.
Unfortunately, due to state laws, we cannot ship to Florida.
Unfortunately, we do not ship to Canada.
Unfortunately, we do not ship International orders.
We ship MONDAY - FRIDAY via the USPS only.
Please call to request that your shipment be held at the USPS station.

By purchasing from our website, you are agreeing to our terms of service. We will gladly replace or credit any and all Dead On Arrival (DOA) orders for any product as long as your temps for the shipping period are within the set threshold no greater than 100 F and no lower then 20 F. No guarantee is implied in temperatures over 100 degrees. You must contact us within 2 hours of the time stamp provided to us from the USPS tracking systems to receive a no-cost replacement. Express shipping is available by upon request at an extra charge.
They can't sit in your mailbox or on your porch in the heat. I want you to have the best possible experience with me, so shipping may be delayed due to weather at my discretion. I may also mark the package HOLD FOR PICK UP to have it held at your local post office, if the weather requires it.
