This is a large female proven breeder locality Eastern Chain King snake. I found this girl near the Cape Fear river in the very southern corner of Cumberland county, NC in 2019. She was about 2 feet long then and is now 4 foot 1”, and based on the size and growth rate of these animals I would guess this girl is about 5 or 6 years old. She has a nice pattern and has produced lots of almost symmetrically banded babies in the past. She eats jumbo frozen/thawed mice with no issues (as you can tell by her solid, thick body).
