Latastia Longicauda?
Very neat little lacertids and great personalties too.
They live in and out of scrub/grasslands and usually hunt insects in the vegetation.
Very active diurnal lizards wake up with the sun and disappear with it too.
Will bask and forage throughout most of the day and excavate its little tunnels.
They will build elaborate tunnels throught their cages if given proper substrate.
These are feeding on crickets, roaches, and mealworms.
Males and females are easy to distinguish and seem to pair off.
Males will fight over 1 female but if there is multiple females will get along.
I appear to have several gravid females now as well giving them the possibility of being bred in captivity.
These are well acclimated and have become tolerant of people being around and do not hide often anymore.
I am asking 35.00ea plus shipping with discounts on multiples.

Hello, If you actually look at both the pictures provided by google or yahoo and articles the name is mentioned many times in a general web search. While I was not able to find an exact listing for these, they were imported as longicaudata but are clearly not the same species. There are pictures of these labeled as longicauda and data on them but mostly as latastia ssp. Care for these would be the same as the longicaudata or many of the latastia ssp. I do not want to sell these as longicaudata when they clearly are not. I did make an error which has been fixed when I posted the ad but as far as the correct ssp the closest I can find is the longicauda. Thanks
