PAYMENT
Payment can be made via PayPal or Google Wallet. Full payment is required before shipment.
SHIPMENT
The cost of shipment is the buyers responsibility. We ship Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday weather permitting via FedEx Overnight shipping out of Seattle, WA for pickup the following day at a FedEx Hub or direct to your home.
Combined shipments will be cheaper so if you would like to buy multiple snakes of ours let us know and we can ship them together.
Orders over $1,000 USD will get free shipping.
LIVE ARRIVAL GUARANTEE
Animals shipped by us will arrive alive and in good health provided the following conditions are met:
1. Any animal designated for pickup at a FedEx hub will be picked up and signed for within 3 hours of when it was available for pickup at the FedEx hub.
2. Any animals designated for home delivery are signed for by a responsible party on the first delivery attempt.
3. You notify us immediately upon receipt that the animal has an issue. An email with detailed photos will suffice.
4. Any claims will require the return of the animal at the expense of the buyer. Once returned if the shipping or animal are determined to be deficient, an exchange for a like animal or full refund of the sale price will be issued.
SEX AND GENETICS GUARANTEE
We guarantee the sex and genetics of the animals we sell. If you believe you received an animal with incorrect sex and or genetics contact us, we want to make it right.
