I recently purchased a male Kenyan sand boa from Trevor.
First of all, he allowed me to put a deposit down and pay him in two payments.
All through out our transaction he was very nice and very eager to answer any questions I had (and I had a lot). He offered references when I asked him to and did not seem in the least bit offended that I asked.
A couple of nights before Trevor was due to ship the snake off, he let me know that he would not be able to ship due to him running out of some insulated boxes. Since I am in Arizona I was glad that he waited for the insulated boxes.
He shipped the snake out on Wednesday, to arrive by 10:30 am Thursday via Fed Ex. I waited around for a few hours.. and then I called Fed ex. It turns out that my snake was waiting on a run way (not in any air conditioning or in any shade) until another plane could pick up the cargo.
I promptly emailed Trevor, who contacted Fed Ex himself.
The snake would not be delivered until 10:30 am Friday. Trevor agreed to pay back my overnight shipping with no problem. He then said that he would refund the price of the snake if (goddess forbid!) the snake had died in the heat.
I had to go to fed ex on Friday as they tried to deliever the snake at 6am. I checked the snake there and he packaged very snugly in an insulated box, which I must say.. saved his life!
Floyd the Sand Boa is doing very well now. He just needed a long drink and some air conditioning. Trevor has refunded my shipping and is still very prompt to answer emails.
I would never ever ever hesitate to do business with him again.
