    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Yeah, I know. They are a pain in the butt. But they pay the bills to keep my server running. Just a fact of life, I am afraid.

    Want to get rid of them? Simple. Just become a Contributor level member or above and they will be gone. -> Please click HERE."

    Is that too much for me to ask of you to keep this site running? Well, sorry about that. I too wish I could get everything for free. But alas.....

    =====================

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Where I live it is legal to collect up to X number of the snake I'm interested in. You are allowed to keep them and breed them as long as you don't exceed Y total. You may not sell or trade these snakes. My question is, what happens if I move states? I checked and I am legally allowed to take them out of this state and into the state I'd be moving to. Let's say down the road I decided to breed them, after the move to the new state. Would the laws about selling the offspring still apply? If so and I gave away the snakes I didn't keep, what would happen if the new owners then sold them or their offspring later on? Would I be legally liable for that? Is there a department / resource for this kind of thing?

I am not looking for a loophole to make bank or anything of the sort. The snake in question is something I'd like as a hobby keeper and to potentially sell the extras if legal. If this sort of thing isn't legal then I definitely want to know so I can avoid any trouble.

The Department of Natural Resources, or whatever they call that state agency in the relevant state. They would be the ones to interpret the state wildlife laws. If the law in question is a municipal ordinance that is distinct from state wildlife ordinances, then the municipality would be the body best placed to interpret the laws.

Thank you. I appreciate your response, I'll reach out to my state's relevant agency and ask.
