Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. Leopard Gecko skin infection! Please help!

Hello, I'm new here but I need some urgent help. A few days ago I've seen some kind of skin infection in my Gecko.

A veterinarian analysed him the same day I found the infection, but I'm really looking for more opinions. I've been applying enrofloxacin (oral) and a cream with silver sulfadiazine every 24 hours since I've found the infection by recommendation of the veterinarian.
