• In the past two days I have gotten emails asking about being requested to provide credit card info in order to register and also to make a post in the classifieds forums. PLEASE NOTE: In no instance will this site ask you for this sort of information. The only time any request for payment is made is if you choose to opt-in for a higher membership level, and that is done SOLELY through PayPal. Anything else is coming from a source other than this site. My guess is that this is coming through Google Adsense, but when I can get someone to send me a screen shot of this sort of request, I will know more.

    **************************************************
In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

Last year I bred two lesser/butters together...

Out of 7 eggs I hatched 7 lessers. Six look similar to the one on the top and the one on the bottom stood out right away. It looked like a ghost but not fully like a ghost. She looks like the Dam to me but sometimes the Dam doesn't look completely like a Lesser to me.

I researched all I could on the daddy gene. I looked at a ton of birthing records. "HE" did produce a platy from a platty x lesser pairing. Clutch 8 of 2004. Don't want to say who if its frowned upon. My first post.

More recent Pic... She is on the right.

I'm not saying anything I have is a platty. I just feel something is going on with the one baby. But... if the Dam is a Platty then its possible the baby could be a platty. Im sure that Im just jumping the gun on this one and its just the variation of the lesser gene. I would appreciate any input on what you think... Sire, Dam and/or babies.

Thanks to everyone here on Fauna! I really enjoy reading everything on here.

Just looks like a lighter Lesser/Butter to me. I produced one like that this year as well (color wise).
