We have a Sulcata tortoise that produces extremely light, almost violet colored babies. Her clutches are 50/50 with the violet color and a near normal color. We have not proven this to be genetic and they are not Ivory or Albino. First 3 pictures are of the violet colored hatchling along side a sibling. Last picture shows the clutch verses a normal colored hatchling.
