    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

Not only did he go above and beyond while he was trying to die on us. But his communication was STELLAR! If you need lights you ask him and he worked miracles. I have my Arcadia setup now and I have been able to ditch every other light in my cham room. Wow doesn't even begin to describe it! I'm his for life!
I don't do many reviews but on this one... Oh Yeah.
Need good lighting. He's the best, and has the best.

I cannot wrap my head around this sentence. Please reword it. He went above and beyond dying??? Does that mean he's a super-zombie? Or really full of life like a pregnant woman?
 
Thanks for clarifying lol. While I haven't done business with Todd personally, I have spoke to him directly about his products (the Jungle Dawn 13w LED lights) before buying them from one of the approved retailers and he's quick to respond and thorough in answering all a customer's questions, regardless of how silly the question. So for that I'll add that he's a good guy and great asset to the hobby/chameleon community.
 
yep i did business with rodd myself several times 0 issues and always great help via email or phone.
