All of our Crested Geckos are fed an assortment of Pangea and fed minerall dusted crickets once a week. The total listed does not include shipping unless stated.
LIVE ARRIVAL AND GUARANTEE:
•Four day health guarantee on all reptiles we rehome, live arrival guarantee will be voided if not contacted with an hour of package arrival. If not present at time of delivery all health guarantees are then void. In the off chance the reptile arrives DOA, AMReptiles must be contacted immediately, and provided a clear picture and video. Then we would discuss a refund or a replacement animal of your choice equal to the amount of the animal or less that was originally purchased. We do not reinstate the cost of shipping. Our health guarantee is void if there is any negligence on the purchasers behalf (ei. Animal attack such as cat, dog or any other animal). Also if the owner does not provide proper housing and temperatures the health guarantee is then void. So please do your research and buy the proper setup before planning on purchasing a reptile.
•We pride ourselves in our shipment packaging and quality however in the event of a gecko dropping its tail (which is beyond our control anyway because we all know not every fedex driver is 100% careful with EVERY box they handle), we will not offer a refund of any kind in the event that this would happen.
•We ship only when the weather is between 40 and 90 degrees Fahrenheit and use Reptiles2You as well as appropriate heat/cool packs when necessary. We ship Monday through Wednesday only (No exceptions). We only ship in the continental US, sorry no international sales.
•We offer winter holds and ship when the appropriate weather is available (above 40 degrees Fahrenheit) AMReptiles will keep you updated on your animal every 1-2 weeks
PAYMENT PLAN INFORMATION:
If you wish to do a payment plan on a desired reptile, a 25% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit of total (including shipping) is needed before placing a reptile on hold. Then the remaining balance would be due within four weeks of when the deposit was received. Failure to finish your plan in due time will cause your deposit to be forfeited and anything over the 25% that has been paid will be refunded.
SEX GUARANTEE:
Unless stated in the ad as male or female, all possible, probable, and pore sexed animals are an educated guess and not guaranteed.
