Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

You need to explain in your next post why the name listed on your account is Lisa Sandoval.
If you neglect to explain with a sensible reason, then I'll assume these suspicions are correct and your account will be banned for using a false name.
 
I can see the two (?) of them justifying this to each other.....

Hi Clay,

Please understand I do appreciate that rules are followed by everyone (and I did request an IP query before I posted the BOI), but if they're banned, they can't "face their accuser" so to speak (not that they're off to a good start, but I digress).

I just want them to explain to me why I was the target of their scam.
 
I don't think Clay would ban both acounts.. just the one with the false name which would mean that Lisa would have to use the mclisa account instead... If I'm wrong Clay then I'm sorry.

Sit back and look at the situation, You sold a dragon (in my opinion your shotty and inproper packing skills killed this dragon)(looks like burn marks on that dragons stomach area.) You kept another persons money (for your mistake) and then you got a REFUND from ups for 300 bucks and you kept that too. There is no remorse. your "looking out for my family" sounds like your just screwing your customers! so maybe were trashing your business ethic's, more than you your self.

To be honest. what "music are they going to face?" if there banned they cant rip off no one else, here. Thats better than there crappy excuse on how they "tried" to make it right. I think so anyway.
 
Thomas.. they actually got refunded a little over $400 from UPS so basically they stole the Ops money and UPS payed them an additional $400 for a deceased Dragon! You gotta wonder if SYR also refunded their shipping cost since the package never left the UPS Hub?

To that extent of not being able to rip anyone else off, I agree with you. However, I think Lisa/Mike took great advantage of Fauna (I sure didn't find any posts on kingsnake or any other popular classifieds), knowing they had a wide base to cover here. If they lose Fauna, they lose substantially. Sure they can move and pick it up elsewhere, but there's sure to be a Fauna member knowing about it. (does that make sense?)

Is that possible? If one files a claim with SYR, in the process, isn't that claim one in the same with UPS? I honestly don't know, that's why I'm asking.

By stealing from not only customers, but the very service used to ship your dragons?

That last thing, about taking the refund from UPS over a dead dragon (might never have been packed to go live to begin with) is gonna get you in a big heap of trouble. That is fraud in anyones book.

My hopes are that they are drummed out of the herp hobby, and hopefully someone interested in puppies they sell will google their names and come across this thread.
 
She's been online and still no explanation as to the two different names and no response to this thread. Apparently she's not "Trying to make it Right" so hopefully others will take the time to search for her on the BOI and read through this to find out what a thief she is.
 
They were on Fauna all night until around 1:30 am, according to their online status, private messaging all night. Right back at it this morning.

Lisa/Mike, ignoring this, me, and a moderator isn't going to make this go away. How about being an adult about it?
 
This is how Lisa/Mike operate - this sent to me last night. Their excuse for not addressing this thread, apparently, "out of respect" to me.

Lisa/Mike, it's real simple. You stole 300.00 from me. I want it back. You stole 414.24 from UPS. In addition, you have the audacity to cash in on a favor UPS intended for me, for your own gain. That too, is stealing and about as low as you can get.

How many other people have you scammed?
 
Wow, that is... amazing. I'm completely blown away by their utter lack of... anything approaching maturity, professionalism, or interpersonal skills.
