    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. It does not make sense to not have a copy of such paperwork on hand, but as already said, the OP ' S importing is not the issue of this thread. The issue is he has not been fully compensated in this transaction for one reason or another, it looks like the two parties are making progress, let's not add any extra noise.

No I am not asking for $1,800. I may be hard nosed and coarse but I am also realistic and try to be fair. I have asked Lisha to make a fair offer for compensation. She wants to know what I want to fix this. It's a stand off of sorts because I just want to see her make some sort of effort to fix this.


I will have my answer for her tomorrow about a resolution.

If you would read the texts I posted she asked me if the snakes had arrived yet. I was already in the states and was telling her the depot was 1.5 hours from the hub and that's why they had not arrived yet.
I also told her when I shipped that I had missed the pick up time at the depot.

I have never said what I wanted for the missexed bloody salmon because what I want is a fair offer from her. She had it listed here on fauna for sale at $3,500 then if I remember correctly she dropped it to $3,000. I honestly didn't think asking for the $1,800 difference between her asking price and the real value was not quite right.

She has never questioned the sex being wrong until people on fb said I didn't deserve anything.

I believe he is saying that since the seller was reducing her asking price by decent sized increments, he wanted her to make an offer on what she felt would be right, rather than fighting over market value vs. her sell price.

Not really.

There's no doubt that you got the short end of all these deals to this point, but in my book, "tell me exactly what you want to settle everything" is making an effort to fix it.

Stand off seems to be over. What do you want to fix it?

Yea but.the address u gave her is not 1.5hours away from the borderand she asked for pics of the.mis sexed from day one and u have fail and u keep on making tese promises but doing different.

I agree, I think it is being turned into a game rather than a good faith effort to settle.
 
It's been games with this guy from the beginning. Same thing over and over. He refuses all reasonable offers then vanishes then pops up months later. He can't prove the mis sexed snake refuses to show any pics or proof. A ghost boa was only worth 500 bucks when this deal took place so he's really only owed that. Funny how loans has a flawless record but now all the sudden she's a liar and a thief. I think not.
 
If I can make a suggestion, I would say forget shipping things to each other. Each shipment is another opportunity for more complications and/or delays.

Kevin, name a dollar amount you would accept to fix all of this. Make sure it's something you can live with.

Lisha, either send that amount or counter with another cash offer.

Keep it simple and clean.

Agreed, especially since part of the reason you are in this mess is due to an apparently missexed animal.
 
So after reading through the fb thread I feel that Lisha's suddwn willingness to send me the ghost back is because she feels it would resolve her debt. She has had that male breeder for fifteen months now. This sure doesn't seem like a fair resolution to me.

In may she agreed to sending me $800 for the ghost het albino and for all of my time in dealing with this. She never followed through with it.

Here are my terms Lisha, the original $800 you promised me plus another $200 for the male bloody salmon OR you can send me $400 and the male ghost het albino back. I expect all money to be sent as a gift and should you choose to send the ghost back I expect it to be sent to my address here in Canada expenses paid by you.
