I am a moderator on this site, I don't see where you were personally attacked, I see people disagreeing with your opinion and offering their own. It always amazes me that when someone is in the minority opinion on one topic all of a sudden the site is terrible. People are disagreeing with me and I hate it so the site is responsible and it sucks. Particularly when it is a majority that sees the topic differently.

Many people disagree on topics. The ones that find themselves having a hard time just can't handle those disagreements with individual members and immediately start attacking the site as a whole.

I have been in the minority with my opinions on topics. I have had discussions on threads where my views ended up being wrong. It's not the end of the world.

Elexis, you have brought these same statements up in two threads now simply because things just don't work here the way you think they should.

You have made several arguments that just don't hold water about this site.

Since you have now made it part of the discussion in two BOI threads instead of addressing your concerns in the proper forum or contacting us directly, I think it is important to address some of them.

Because most of the time they are addressed privately by our warning system. Members infractions and warnings aren't visible to other members. You're making an assumption without facts. Most of the moderation for disruptive posts or other violations are handled behind the scenes without any fanfare.

Another misconception on your part, This isn't your thread. You have started this thread but it is open for all to contribute to if it is on-topic.

This thread like all in this forum is for every reader. It's not your private playground for only posts you like to appear. There is no separation of only good guy threads and bad guy threads. You posted a thread and Lucille linked to another current thread on the same person. Just because you have read it, doesn't matter. It doesn't take away from its merit to the readers. Her linking to it wasn't just for your benefit or your approval.

They could search the name. That didn't have to be linked to my post and I see it disrespectful to my post.

You are allowed to post here and give your opinions in your individual posts. You're not entitled to anything more.

You just stated in the other BOI thread that people aren't allowed to post dissenting opinions without getting jumped on and here you are dictating and opposing someone for simply posting a link that doesn't fit your agenda.

Anyway, glad you had a great transaction with seller. Anyone who hasn't is free to post their experience here. It could be today, next year or ten years from now. If it happens to be a positive experience, great!

Also, this is the second person recently that was having issues that you've run to the defense of? I am a skeptical person and one of three scenarios enters my mind. Either you're getting snakes on the cheap so you will go and report positive experiences, you just really suck at background checks/are flippant enough about your money that you don't care about the reputation of people you deal with, or possibly you're just unlucky and for some reason don't realize how fortunate you were to have two good experiences with the people you have and really hate being wrong about them.

He CLAIMS it was mis sexed. Never provided proof.

It's a matter of credibility.

Kevin sent both his snakes on time, without issue. There was no health problems, and Lisha was happy with what she got.

Lisha sent nothing for the first snake. This has never been disputed.

When the issue of misexing the second snake came up, Lisha originally didn't have any issue believing it was misexed. She even agreed to have a snake sent in compensation. AN offer not accepted because while she believed the snake was misexed, she also believed Kevin should pay the shipping fees to correct her mistake.

One of those people is credible. I guess it's up to everyone to decide which one it is.

I have seen her snakes posted a lot, Talked to her about what was said in the other post, etc. I was already working out a deal with her before I even knew about that thread. I stumbled upon it one night, read it, discussed it with her and went on with the deal. Also To say I'm getting cheap snakes is ignorant. You do not know what I have paid for them and I don't see how its your business anyway. So go ahead and question it. I really don't care anymore. If you have read very many BOI posts, you will see that persuasive and factual posts often can change the way a particular party is viewed.
Had you simply recorded your good guy post, it might have been weighed by others as they made up their minds (and still might).
But your continued whining and criticisms have, at least for me, affected your credibility to the point where I am disregarding what you say in support of anyone.

personally I think that is irrelevant as 'cheap' is subjective.

Since she doesn't have the sack to do so despite being asked many times, maybe you can elaborate on the multitude of deaths she''s experienced in her collection.

Not my words, hers. Or, if you can't, maybe you can tell us why'd you buy, trade for, or accept free animals from someone who has had so much death in her collection.

Now before you get all crappy with me and start deflecting, or blabbering about what a great person she is, or how Fauna sucks, go back and read her own posts regarding multiple animals associated with her that died.

Then bring your mouth back here and start answering questions.
