I recently did business with Lizardguy123 aka supalurk sommanus aka Billy Sommanus for a proven trio of red ackies.

The ad did not have a lot of detail in regards to the health of the animal or if he guaranteed that they were in good condition. I asked when the photos were taken and he said they were from last fall. I asked for a current pic and also asked if he would guarantee that they are outwardly healthy. He sent me a pic and guaranteed that they were in fact outwardly healthy. The appearance of the animals in the pic looked acceptable, but upon receiving the trio I immediately noticed that one female was in very poor condition and believe the photo was taken while the emaciated female was puffed up in defense. Her spine was was visible , as well as her neck vertebrae. Her skin was loose all over her body as if she was deflated, her tail was a bit flat, and her hips were very prominent with deep pockets on both sides of her tail below her hips showing she had little to no fat reserves. She was basically skin and bones. The seller even admitted that she is skinny and underweight and basically told me to nurse her back to health. I didn't send him $2500 for animals that need to be nursed back to health. I paid for animals that he guaranteed were healthy. I have all the text messages as proof of the guarantee, as well as pictures of the emaciated female that I will post in this thread. I have given him many opportunities to make things right and he is now refusing any communication with me. I had no choice but to file a claim with paypal, which he is disputing, and write this post. I wasn't even asking for a full refund, just for the unhealthy female. With the condition of this animal, she is of no value, as no one in their right mind would buy an animal like this. Lizardguy123 should be avoided as he is "getting out of the hobby" and really doesn't care about the animals, or his customers he burns.
