Purchased a pair of Emperor Scorpions and a pair of Dune Scorpions from LLL Reptile, and I have to say I had by-far the BEST experience from any distributor in the past! Purchased everything August 1st to have them arrive August 2nd - packaging was perfect, I have yet to have anyone use the large amount of insulation for packaging with any of my orders in the past!
Even before shipping the male Dune Scorpion, it had been notice that there was minor bruising on the tail from a past injury; so I had been contacted over the phone before they had decided to ship the animals to make sure that I was okay with the bruising on the tail - even received a photo just to be sure.
Outstanding customer service, though email and over the phone. I couldn't be happier about my purchase! I will more than definitely be buying more from LLL Reptile in the future.
