In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

Yeah, I know. They are a pain in the butt. But they pay the bills to keep my server running. Just a fact of life, I am afraid.

Want to get rid of them? Simple. Just become a Contributor level member or above and they will be gone. -> Please click HERE."

Is that too much for me to ask of you to keep this site running? Well, sorry about that. I too wish I could get everything for free. But alas.....

    =====================

Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

I was wondering if anyone has delt with them before? I wanted to purchase a green anaconda from them but I couldn't find a away to contact them on their site. It doesn't say if the anacondas are CB or WC, also didn't state if they were males or females and with no option to choose. If the reviews are bad anyone know a good place to get a CB male?

Matt, there is a search option here on the BOI, try that, I think that there are PLENTY of threads on LLL.
I doubt the green anaconda's are c.b. though.

I purchased a bearded dragon from them 5 years ago and she was fine. i had a friend get a wholesale lot of different snakes for there pet store and they found mites on some. so i guess some good info and some bad info.

Yeah theyre great!!! I purchased supplies and animals from them. Excellent customer service as well! A reptile supply i purchased wasn't working properly and they immediatley sent me a replacement. No charge! (how it should be). My Frilled dragon is about 11 months old now and shes doing great!

I have purchased reptiles and supplies. Been dealing with them for years. Have had supplies fail, they sent replacement no charge. Had 1 blood python show up DOA due to shipping, called them, they immediately sent a replacement and apologized for the inconvenience, I guess FEDEX or UPS had caused the DOA, but they still covered it. I would use them.

I have mixed feelings about LLL. I have bought several lizards, snakes. and frogs from them over the years and generally all are healthy and thrive well. One time I ordered a pair of Sailfin Dragons. Both were generally healthy, but I noticed after a few days that one of them just wasn't quite right. He ate and basically behaved normally, but he seemed "retarded". He eventually died after about two months.

Then another time I ordered some snake tongs from them and they appeared to be used.

I never brought either issue to their attention and just let it go. Overall, however, they've been good to me.

hey if you want a direct number to reach them at PM me. I deal with them often. They have great prices on supplies and animals. And they take really good care of their stock.

First off - thanks for the nice comments. Myself and our staff work our tails off, especially this time of year, and we do pride ourselves on our customer service. Nice looking Frilled BTW!

Our toll-free phone number is at the top of our website, and the "contact" page is in the menu bar, and at the bottom of every page on our site. However, you can reach us anytime at 888-54-Reptile 7 days a week, or email us from the contact page at our site.

Thanks again - Happy Holidays to everyone! And don't forget to vote against the bill attempting to ban Pythons. The link to it can be found on the home page at our website.

Well thanks everyone for all the comments. I missed the conacts link at the bottom of the page. I will probably be buying one depending on how the ban goes, I don't want to be stuck with another illegal snake. 95% of all my snakes will be ban if this bill passes.

LLL

I have bought several things from them over the last 10 years and they have been good.Jonothan in the Escondido store is great. They have always been honest with me about wether an animal is wild caught or captive born.I bought an Amethystine python from them about 5 years ago(wild-caught)and it is the nicest one you will ever see.Hopefully there will be babies this year.I've also bought 2 crested geckos and 2 hogs and numerous other snakes from them.Again,to me they were always honest about wether they were captive born or wild caught and thats important to know when buying.

What?

Been there a couple hand full of times. Always helpful. Never bought and animal there. Just looking mostly.

So how does that help them with the decision????:shrug01: What did you see when you were " just looking" was it clean? did there animals look healthy? Was there water bowls fresh? First hand info is always nice. But you might have to state some to be helpful.

I myself ordered a baby frilled dragon from them once and it was extremely healthy.

The first order I ever placed with them was for a pair of Mountain Chameleons. They were beauties.

At one point they were delivering a box of crickets to my door every week. I would say order from them with confidence.

Supplies; great prices I would not hesitate to buy. Animals; I avoid because they are a pet store. Having been to their store and seeing them, some look good and some do not, I have been told by an employee that they at times do mix WC an CBB together in the same cage.

I have been to both of their stores a number of times. I have bought animals and tons of supplies. Have done 9 shows that there were at and spent money with them all 9 times.

Their staff is very informed and helpful. Their stores are kept very well.

I'm in the same boat as KingBill. They're certainly decent, but I've grown more fond of dealing directly with breeders when possible. Obviously, for imports that isn't an option though. Animals I've got from them...Tokays, green tree frogs, retics (dwarf), leopard geckos and some other stuff. All of it was decent except for one Tokay that died pretty seen (like 2-3 weeks)...I let that pass though as I was buying adult WC's (this was years ago and CB's were NEVER available) and that's part of the risk yout ake with it. So apart from that the animals were all fine but I wouldn't call any of them really cherry picked. Better than a lot of dealers and they sometimes get really neat stuff in.

I'v had nothing but good experiences with them Like before, good prices on supplies. Well enough that we drive 45 minutes to buy our supplies and still save money with gas included then to buy the stuff in out local stores.

Customer service is good i bought some uvb lights at one of the shows once and 2 of them ended up with bent prongs on the tips and they replaced them the next day. first class shipped to the door.

There pets for the most part look great taken care of nicely not messy dirty or anything. Unlike some that i have visited and would never return to. Glad they went out of busines and sold to someone better. To me they have been a great experience.

A thumbs up for LLL!

I can vouch for them. I bought a Savannah Monitor from them as a baby and is now a monster (i.e.: jumbo adult). I especially appreciate the fact that every time I've consulted with their staff whether it be over the phone or at a reptile show, they've been quite helpful and informative (it's great talking with someone who know's what they're talking and for that matter are enthused in doing so).
