Nauphoeta cinerea or the Lobster Roach ( Speckled Cockroach ) is an extremely popular soft bodied feeder roach. Lobster roaches are very easy to keep, fast breeding, have thin wings and can climb at all life stages. We recommend using Climb Stopper silicone grease to keep this species inside their enclosure.
