    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Yeah, I know. They are a pain in the butt. But they pay the bills to keep my server running. Just a fact of life, I am afraid.

    Want to get rid of them? Simple. Just become a Contributor level member or above and they will be gone. -> Please click HERE."

    Is that too much for me to ask of you to keep this site running? Well, sorry about that. I too wish I could get everything for free. But alas.....

    =====================

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Look at this beauty!!!!

That's a gorgeous snake! Nice job. What a cool pic.
I've always wanted snakes, my parents wont let me have them.. :(

They are hard to resist. Some of the Gabinos a buddy used to have were turquoise, orange, red mixes and patterns that were unreal. That's a beauty.

That would be one of the safest bets you could ever make.... :hehe:

The snake in the pick is of a male gaboon X rhino viper.... It is a 5 foot wild caught.... Been with me for about 3 years now....

Someday, just someday, I'll own a hot snake. Very nice.

It is very rewarding but dangerous if you are not careful.... When You are ready to learn, let me know....

I'll have a nice viper collection once Conor is grown up a bit. I have the best mentor/trainer for keeping venomous too, right here in my house!

I've got my sites set on a copperhead. I know every venomous snake is dangerous and all deserve equal respect but in terms of toxicity its not enought to kill a full grown man, or at least thats what I hear, could be wrong. Not to mention its a U.S. native so getting anti venom shouldnt be too much of a hassle

Nice Pic Gregg! I think snakes are beautiful creatures, even though most scare the crap out of me lol

Tom, drop me a PM so we can chat....

Oh boy....At least Gregg has learned his lesson about PMs :raspberry

As for me...you'll never catch me with a HOT in my house...unless it slithers it's way in here. Illinois isn't really known for HOTs climbing up 3 flights of stairs in suburbia just to bother a herper (and make her eat her words).
