In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

Yeah, I know. They are a pain in the butt. But they pay the bills to keep my server running. Just a fact of life, I am afraid.

Want to get rid of them? Simple. Just become a Contributor level member or above and they will be gone. -> Please click HERE."

Is that too much for me to ask of you to keep this site running? Well, sorry about that. I too wish I could get everything for free. But alas.....

    =====================

Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

I have a 15 lb virgin female BCI that we thought we had a boyfriend for this fall, but things have not worked out, so we are looking for a male BCI to breed her with. She's in prime shape to have a whole passel of babies, but we need a boy to do it with!

I'd love to have a morph for her, but since we aren't known as breeders yet, we're willing to work with a regular BCI to get her started, since she's so large we're not willing to ship her for both her safety and cost. Pics available upon request!

Thanks in advance!

I might be willing to split a litter of boas with you. I have a male hypo het stripe, 50% poss het for albino, 50% poss het for anery. As for terms i would like the hypos and you keep the normals. The normals will be 50% poss het for stripe ans slight chance poss het for anery and albino. Im currently proving this male out for his het albino this year, so we dhould know by the time the litter comes. Anyway email me at [email protected] for other important terms and conditions.

Ive got a pretty clean male Ill sell ya and then you can play .Whats he Het for ??? Gotta be something in there because he just seems above average for a Common.
Lots of pink and what have ya.

LMK if your breeder loan doesnt jive, yes I can do some quality pics upon request.

Wow, that hardly seems fair. :shrug01: Especially if she was houseing & feeding the male.

When I do breeding loans with the Cornsnakes, I do a 25/75 or 50/50 split regardless of morphs hatched & depending on whether or not I'm careing for the loaned snake.

Well she gets at least one hypo. It all depends on ratio of hypos to normals. If there are more than 50% hypos in the litter than she gets them.

Still a very poor offer. I hope she didn't take it.

You'd be making out like a bandit taking animals that are worth at least triple of the normals that produced for her hard work & risk to the female. It should be at the most a 50/50 split right down the middle with each of you getting an equal number of Hypos. At that, if I was houseing the male & careing for the female, the male's owner would get 25%.

Once the female becomes gravid, then i end up sending some money to take care of feeding and housing. Of the 2 split litters that i have done, I have sent money to cover at least half of the feeding, housing, etc.. and it has woked out fine.

That's good of you to patrially pay for the care of your snake while out on breeding loan.

However, what is your reasoning behind taking all of the Hypos when you still wouldn't be provideing full care?

Just curious how you find this fair? Even if you covered food and housing, it wouldn't be fair. Not by a long shot.

If yer gonna make an offer it should be 50/50 as stated above. that's 50/50 monitary value BTW. After all, it's the female that is at risk during gestation, not the male. I'm sorta surprised you have had others accept such a deal.

Are you kidding me. How could you even concider that fair?? :shrug01: A breeding loan should result in a fifty/fifty split regardless of morph. What if her female winds up being het albino and your male is as well you going to want all the albinos, hypos and sunglows and she can have the normals? Just ridiculous.

I put my offer on the table. If she finds a better one, then so be it. Im looking for higher morphs to breed my hypo to. I would really like to prove him out for het albino and anery this year. If someone else might be willing to offer me a het for albino or something like that then i would gladly do 50/50 or 25/75 depending on the morph. Email me at [email protected] if your interested.

I got a big F3 Kahl female. If your hypo proves just hypo, than 50/50 split on hypo and normals. If he proves het for albino, I keep the albinos and the sunglows, you can have they hypos and normals. Sound fair?

LMK,
Rick

I was merely attempting to make a point. It sems it flew right on by though. :shrug01:

I agree Tom, just let Sammy do his thing, and keep them all.
