In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

Yeah, I know. They are a pain in the butt. But they pay the bills to keep my server running. Just a fact of life, I am afraid.

Want to get rid of them? Simple. Just become a Contributor level member or above and they will be gone. -> Please click HERE."

Is that too much for me to ask of you to keep this site running? Well, sorry about that. I too wish I could get everything for free. But alas.....

    =====================

Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

I have tried the search function with no luck.Does anyone know anything about the Bronx Dragon Depot? How about Marvin Martinez A.K.A. Shaggy?I am looking at purchasing a snake and seek info.

I bought a few snakes from them about a month or so ago.
They sold me what was supposed to be a 5 foot female redtail boa, but she was only 4 feet.
They also sold what was supposed to be a male and female pair of redtails, that were supposed to be breedable this year, but they turned out to be 2 females that won't be able to be bred for at least another year, only 3 1/2 feet long.
But besides that, he shipped when he said he was gonna ship, and the snakes were in overall good health, a little on the skinny side, but nothing a few good feedings didn't fix.
Hope this helps you out some.

ohhhhhhhhh..that would frustrate me alot.
pairs that arent pairs..snakes a foot or more shorter then they were suppose to be? if your planning on a breeding season and get stuck with those animals that arent even close to the right size whammo..there goes another years time and effort.
also..would it not seem so much easier to sell snakes that are breeding size versus a good time short of them?
thats false advertising in my book and worthy of a good tongue lashing if it were to happen to me.
how can a person that advertises snakes at a particular size not be able to get a measuring stick or tape measure and actually measure them..if they dont know for sure guessing and being a foot off is pathetic. a big no no in my book.
the fact that he shipped on time well..geesh its one plus.
i was looking at some snakes he had a month ago and was told that one of them had an encounter with a live rat and was damaged..that was the night after he posted them for sale..he claimed his girlfriend just tossed in a live rat .
why were they feeding snakes they were thinking of shipping that night or the next day?? if the snake had not been damaged would it have been out in the mail??
you make your own conclusions on this one but i would be very careful..sounds like a careless person to me.
