Any info would be appreciated. I’m not trying to have this be a BOI post but I did send him almost $1000 for a pair of Carpet Pythons and he always communicated with me until recently. I really don’t think I was scammed but would like another way to contact him besides email since I’m not getting a response. Last I spoke with him his Mother had passed away and he needed some time away from hobby which I respected. With that being said I think he is a good guy still I just feel life got hard on him which is why I don’t want to here any negative here just want to hopefully touch base with him regarding my animals and was worried he hasn’t responded to email I have for him. Inbox messages if anyone can get in touch with him preferred.

In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

He scammed a bunch of people, unfortunately. He owes me an animal for over 10 months now. Took my money, stopped responding, same story as you. If you go on the carpet pythons facebook group, you can find many many other people in the same boat as you.
Thanks for the responses. Like I said I’m not trying to make this a BOI good guy/bad guy thing just want my animals. During conversations with him I considered him a friend as we seemed to have a lot in common. I am holding out hope I hear from him. Emailed and called so I guess that’s about all I can try for now! I am not sure how to check my mail messages on this site. When I click the mail box it just says no new conversations so I’m assuming that is like saying my inbox is empty. Thanks again to those who replied and hopefully myself and others ultimately here something from him!!!
