Ok I got 2 leopard geckos at the beginning of this year, either january or febuary, one was albino, one was patternless/leucistic.. They both came from PetsMart. Well it was some of the coldest pats of winter here, and one got out while I was staying at my aunts house and my family was going to be gone. It was the pattenrlass, well this was before they called them that and Petsmart only charged the price for a normal either 20 or 30 $'s.Well I figured it was dead becaue I was gone all (still febuary/march time) week and it was in a half basement he went missing (my rooms down there, theres 3 rooms) and it was freezing. Well my mom comes in my room and wakes me up at 5 in the morining and says "Hey Josh you remember that gecko that we thought was dead.... Well its still alive, I tried for about 2 and a half hours to catch it but I ran out of time and had to go to school. Well I came home for lunch and guess what I caught him. Oh and he staid warm by getting under our deepfreeze at the warm part, and there was a whole in the wall by the deepfreeze, and the next room is the bathrrom so he was under the tub, and water was leaking from somewhere, and we think he was eating spiders. He was gone either 7 or 8 months. But I dont have a picture because I took him to school with me because I dont have a extra cage right now and I dont want to put him wiht my albino since the albino is probably 3 times that size of him, he is still hatchling size. But my Biology teacher from last year, my anatomy and zoology teacher this year, same person, let me keep it in one of his extra cages in his room. I will get a picture while at school tomorrow for you guys.
