Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

For the record I would also buy from Lucille without hesitation but to be honest I don't have a clue as to what reptiles she keeps or is interested in.
 
Private message received this morning in response to my query to Steve as to why he put up the thread :rolleyes: He has a short history here on Fauna but has already made some bizarre responses. My thoughts are that he is either trolling for more attention or has been put up to all of this by another as a prank.

While I do hope that everyone will support the BOI, to me, this person's comments here and elsewhere are trollish and despicable.

It may be worthwhile to have a mod/admin block that account. Trolling is literally the best case scenario here. That private message smells like day old fish slime.

It seems to me as if the Freider account could be a front for someone (or a group) who is hostile to Fauna and wanting to 'put a spanner in the works' as he has already in his short history made bizarre comments in other BOI threads.

Well, these sorts of fake ID driveby postings in the BOI will be pretty much coming to an end shortly.
 
LOL that was hillarious I knew this was a troll the second I seen it I'm surprised so many of you fell for it. She's probably one of the most valuable members here.

But I think everyone who visits the BOI in order to try to help in situations where someone has been or is about to be scammed, or to provide their own information about their experiences, is equally valuable.
It is very much a team effort here, with participants, moderators, and the BOI itself all working together to help provide readers with the information they need to make more informed choices.

I don't think anyone was fooled by it, but rather, mildly amused and curious, as to which mental midget thought they could actually get away with it.

Since the user was banned for refusing to provide ID to Rich, I would venture a guess that it was probably one of the more recent BOI guest stars.
