In short when I ask for the sick Boa back, you choose not to send it back. At this point you refused my help to make the situation better and assumed all responsability.

The Snake in question was produced by Brian Leubking. What does it matter? there was 2 of them the other one is alive and doing well.

I had your snake for almost a year on a breeding loan and you could not wait 2 more weeks????? I never doubt that you will contact me regarding the babies. The snake was a 2002 F3 Salmon Hypo from Brian Luebking. I have purchased all my Salmon Hypo Boas from Brian Stock.

The snake in question was purchased by a guy name Justin. I purchased a group of animals from him. Justin does not overfeed his animals. He grows them slower than I do. This in my opinion does not costitute a Rescue Animal.

The snake had no signs of any respiratory issue. The snake was eating regularly. Shedding properly. The reason it was for sale is because I have larger females.

Terms Of Sale:

All animals are guaranteed to be healthy, feeding and properly sexed. Payment is required in advance by check, money order, wire transfer or credit card. If you are not satisfied I will credit your purchase minus the cost of freight if notified within 24 hours of receipt. No cash refunds!

Shipments are sent air freight collect to the nearest airport via Delta Air Cargo. I am a known and verified shipper. Live arrival is guaranteed only with Delta Air Cargo. Prepaid overnight door to door service is also available via Airborne Express, Federal Express or UPS. Insurance can be purchased for the cost of the animal. But, no live arrival is guarantee.

Since when the seller provides prof that the animal in question is healthy? Only when the buyer request such document and pays for it. Really? How many people get a Vet Health Certificate when not ask for it? If the buyer has a complaint the buyer must have something to back up his/her case. No evidence no case. I have ask for something to work with... I got nothing yet. Luis T.

Who are these "breeders" on this "list"? Do they tell you which hand you should wipe with? That's crappy business practice and plainly dishonest, imo. The people you SHOULD be LISTENING to are your customers.

Does it look like I am laughing and having a good time? Besides, I think it holds some relevance to your questionable character. That being said, it belongs right here in this thread as well.

And just for the record, we are up to $2,143.25 in Pathology tests on Aurora, with still a couple more to go because of your husbandry practices, and flippant IBD remarks. (so far, all negative) It's also suspected by my Vet that she obtained her abscess from a splinter of wood lodged under her skin. Another $1700 +/- in surgery and treatments over a years time, to fix her up. I don't keep my snakes on such substrates, but you did have her on such substrate when I picked her up. Can't prove it was because of you, but I think we both know the truth.
I also have over a year to go, to legally recover those fees from you. You may want to consider that before you try making me out as a Liar. LOL Right now, I have no such intentions, but I am the pushable sort. Just being fair and letting you know up front like.



Deb, do you only have the two emails saved? It may better serve to stop this guy if you posted ALL that you have. Although the one email shows that he was indeed willing to work something out at first, which IMO, hints to his guilt, you should post ALL that transpired between the two of you, so that a clearer picture can be drawn.

YOU asked me my opinion on how to handle this. I stated that if a customer had no proof I wouldnt be able to honor the sale. That is true. HOWEVER I also told you I wouldnt still send a snake to someone who asked for a refund because they were uncomfortable with buying from me before I sent it out. You admitted you were also were unavailable for months when you moved or something and changed your # ? Did you expext someone to keep a dead snake in their kitchen freezer until you decided to contact them? You say you have emails asking for proof? Can you post them? They may have not known how to handle this and were waiting for your direction? Where were you in all this? Why no contact? Please show the emails to prove all this. I will admit after a few sales I have become friendly with them. My gut also tells me they are honest, moral, and highly principled people. I have no plans on posting further but please remember, Luis CONTACTED ME, asked me for my advice, admitted to what Debbie said, and admited to agreeing to some sort of compensation(he was thinking half would be fair). In the end Luis is taking one thing i said and making it gospel while ignoring the rest of our conversation.

I posted emails proving that , I contacted you when the snake died. Where is your email to me that you sent me a response email asking for a necropsy or anything. If you say you sent it i never received it so post it and PROVE IT. And you did agree to send me the Guyana Red tail also in an email beginning with I have to e very careful how I word this , Why is that are you running from the law? Or just other people that you've wronged. Also how do you spend someones money before there snake even arrives, thats absurd. Your also very sneaky to only speak on the phone and not put anything in emails because you don't want to implicate yourself as a thief and scam artist. Also you asked me for someone I consider a reputable breeder and I told you John. You asked me if you could contact him and I said sure but he is not my Friend nor my buddy he Is a breeder that I respect and trust and buy the way you could learn a lot from him as far as ethics not to mention proper care of snakes.I also think highly of Tom Peconic whom I have done a lot of business with and reccomend highly, He is a gentleman as well. You are the opposite of a gentleman. You cannot make a verbal agreement to ship me a Guyana Retail and then renege because I'm thinking you dint even have the money for the shipping. A verbal agreement is binding. so post the emails you sent me , I'm curious to see them since we both know they don't exist. Change your phone # too. And buy the way I was nice to you until you laughed at me for wanting my credit that you agreed to. And even then I was patient. You said you were shipping I took a day off to receive the snake and then you told me you were going to schedule a day to get off work early to ship within one week of that email and then you tell me you changed your mind.(PLEASE) you didn't have any money to ship who are you kidding. Also We never said we were going to contact AZ officials or where we nasty in any way. I think we were quite patient considering the circumstances. So Not only are you a LIAR AND THIEF YOU ARE ALSO DELUSIONAL. SO I WILL BE LOOKING FOR THOSE EMAILS YOU SENT ME WITH DATES PLEASE LOL.
