If someone used the NCIC computer to do a criminal back ground check on Greg without an active criminal investigation or legitimate criminal justice reason, they committed a Felony. The FBI does and will prosecute for this.

Every single inquiry is logged at the NCIC headquarters and they can check and see when the last time Greg's criminal history was run, who ran it, and from what computer in the department it was ran from.
 
Also,
her feedback on reptibid is not true. BXgemini, one of her supposed buyers has emailed me and said that they DID NOT go through with the transaction. I waiting to hear why they left each othe positive feedback

Now there has been an admission of lying from Lynnwood707's daddy, and basically kissing Ritchie's backside. The Temple PD came to my house (I was shocked!!!) and a report has been filed. Now the Sheriff's Dept from that County can take the appropriate measures to get this idiot to not call my house. I was also advised to make a screen shot of the reptibid forum page where all this went down, how the hell do I do that?
 
Some more information. Now her supposed Father has admitted that she made a post using his computer falsely. He also stated that some of her "Friends" placed bids. hmmm it is getting awful deep here.

I have all of my snakes shipped to a breeder for me smart ass. She shipped the snake to my breeder out of state. You accuse people of things that are not true. You talk XXXX . If he was talking about the other site then give out that site. Don't pettle around with it. I went and saw the snakes in person and decided to bid on them. Sorry you lost out.

The information from this auction is there. In order to check the IP address you have to register and post. Then the moderators are able to tell if the posters are false aliases. So I invite all of the people whom have posted here in defense of this person to please go ahead register, and post there so that the IP addresses can be checked. On that site there is no way of playing this anonymous game of creating false aliases and posting good deals with someone.

Ritchiereptiles, well done for the most part. And you just busted me in a lie, I said last night that I was making my last post. Well this is the last post. As I am sure you know there is no way to cancel an auction on Reptibid as on E-Bay. Some people that Lynn knew bid a fair price on some of her snakes. Lynn wanted those persons to get the snakes or whatever the item was. Lynn used my computer and screen name to enter an outragiously high bid to stop the bidding and effectivly close the auction so that her friend could buy the item at an agreed price. Secondly the phone number I posted is real, it's mine, it is BTM Contracting, Mooney Pest Control is also in this office, been here for 54 years and Lynn is the third generation in the family business. You call information and confirm both numbers, give a ring on either of them and we can chat, Lynn or myself, if you want to. To me you seem to be one of the more knowledgeable persons on these subjects to make a post here. You are also correct about Lynn being new to this whole thing. She is only getting started, less than a year, and she started out beleiving everything that some supposedly established breeders she met at the shows told her. I am not into snake, all of my comments about albinos come from information I learned years before anyone knew DNA exsisted and were based on biology not zoology. If I made any mistakes, sorry, but it seems I am not the only one here to do so. Later Ritchie, I'm taking my grandson out to breakfast now as we are the only two up and about. Bill

He is absolutley correct.Violation of any NCIC info is classified(here in Arkansas anyway) of a Class "Y" Felony.Thats a pretty big one,lots of prison time if convicted. Greg I would inquire about it.

I would, but what the old timer said is obviously a fabrication to cast the spotlight off his scamming behind. I laughed when I read that!!lol
Like I said before another scammer has just bit the dust. Maybe they're related to Jeremy Stark, Clark, or whatever his name is.
Even the officer I spoke with said this guy is just pissed because I threw a wrench in his scamming engine.

I never said that i was positve that these were albino to albino, I said that that is what the guy showed me and i belived him . If i would of known that this would of been such a problem i would of never even put them on there. I have gotten freind to bid on my stuff before, because someone emailed me and wonted to buy it know but the buy it now price was gone. If i was wrong for that then im sorry. But i dont think i should be rediculed for putting something that i belived was true. If you cant breed albino to albino and get hets then fine, i made a mistake listening to the guy who sold them to me. But please just let this go enough people have gotten involed and all of this arguing is not good . And yes my spelling sucks! I dropped out of high school to have my son, If that makes me stupid, then fine, But that doesnt make me a bad person or a scammer. call me what you wont , Just drop this , im not going to sell on here anymore , because if i make a mistake on here it cant be forgiven . At first I thought I had thought you guys were just attacking this "lady" "Lynnwood" for your own personal reasons. But, since then I have done a massive investigation of my own and have reported what I have found out to the Webmaster of Reptibid. After all this, I don't think that this "lady" will be making more sales on Reptibid. She has more User ID's than you guys even know of.

I originally got involved because I thought maybe this "lady" may be a victim herself of being SOLD a snake that was not what the person who sold it to her said it was. However, she has dug herself deeper and deeper now by posting things that simply can't be. Saying that it is possible that albino x albino can produce normals that are het. Um, NO! Duh, doesn't take a genius to figure out that that isn't possible.

I also think things have gone WAY too far when people are making threats.

As I posted later in that thread, I was born and raised in Georgia. This is definitely not a good impression for people dealing with folks from Georgia. As is witnessed later in the thread when someone made derogatory comments about "Georgians" in general.

I think the original intent to expose a possible (probable) scammer was done with good intentions, but at the same time, things escaling this far is ridiculous!

I don't think the Webmaster of Reptibid will ignore the situation and will handle this "lady" accordingly.

I hope Reptibid continues to be a decent place to buy and sell our animals. With everyone's help, we can expose the scammers and get them removed permanently, one by one.
 
It is interesting that the last little nugget of positive feedback on this scammers profile on Reptibid was left by the joker who has been passing himself off as her father.

I think we have a new charter member in the "Shot Herself in the Foot Club".
 
Also if you do a search on her username Lynnwood707 You will see in all of her auctions the usernames that bid or won her auctions. If you notice they are either some of the ones that have already been pointed out here that are her or are obviously her as well. There are too many usernames that end with 707 just as she does. I truly hope that ReptiBid is reading this and does their own research as this person and all like her need to be stopped from trying to scam others.
 
Lynnwood isn't the only one...

There are others who are using multiple alias names on Reptibid to "up" the bids on thier own reptiles. One is a pretty well known guy (at least on there he is). I just busted him myself for having *at least* 3 user names and not only bidding on, but "buying" his own stuff and leaving himself GREAT feedback. I have informed the webmater of my findings and I am sure this person will be dealt with accordingly and hopefully banned for life from there. I can't say who he is yet, but as soon as the Webmaster completes his investigation I will be able to say more.

There are more scammers on Reptibid that I have ever seen on most sites.

You guys just keep reporting them and reporting anything "fishy" and one day we'll at least have a majority of these losers gone INCLUDING all the ones who LIE about what thier animals really are (Het for, etc.)!

This guy really amazed me with this one, since I have done business with him on many occasions.

Everyone just be diligent before doing $$$ transactions with a person you don't know.
 
I was just contacted by a reptibid moderator to get my side of the story with this whole ordeal. At 1st I thought she was a phoney phone call, but when she told me my password I knew she was real. She wanted to know why I busted her out????????
So I told her that the herp world nedds to be gone with people like Lynnwood707 because it really tarnishes the reputation of the industry.
She aggreed.
I guess she (Steph) will be phoning alot of people to see waht's up.
She will be posting a message herself very soon on that issue on reptibid.com
Apparentley when oldfart707 made the threats, that threw up a red flag!
So I told her of the 2 reports I filed with Lowdnes County and Temple PD.
She said something about she would like to turn this whole issue over to the FBI because of the threats.
Hope these people get banned big time.
She also said that she has found that they MAY be using several user names, and that she will take care of it!
 
I am glad to see that Reptibid is not going to allow this kind of thing happen. People like this woman (if she really is a woman and not just portraying one) and all of her aliases/personalities need to be banned.

Thanks, but I figure it's the least I can do for a site that is free for me to use, so I might as well be useful to them if I can. I'd like to see the site succeed and be a place where we can all do business togther with as little disharmony as is possible with a group of "reptile people". LOL! And free of scammers...

Just got an interesting e-mail from the Reptibid Webmaster regarding the LynnWood issue. I can't say much else, but just know that they are SERIOUSLY investigating this matter and taking note of what everyone has said to them thusfar, and they have also read the q&a section. I am quite sure the Webmaster has a HUGE migraine by now! :)

Believe me, I think this situation will be "resolved" soon.

FYI, anyone with multiple names and bidding on thier own stuff and leaving theirselves "good" feedback will be busted soon enough too!!!

Everyone reading will be glad to know that Reptibid has taken all of this very seriously. Many of us have spoken both by e-mail and phone to the Admins of Reptibid and they are doing a thorough investigation.

I don't think LynnWood would know the truth if it bit her on the butt!
