Male White lipped mud turtle: $75 + shipping
This guy is perfect for anyone considering going into a breeding project with this species, he's 5in in shell length and sexually mature. I've seen him attempt to mate my females countless times. This turtle most definitely has a high libido and you won't have to worry about him being a lazy male.
History:
It pains me to let him go, however, as my main breeding projects are getting larger I am starting to have a lot less time for him. He’s very curious (I’ve named him Kyoreous |Greek: Curious| because of this, to anyone who’d like to keep that name) and gets along well with cohabitation. I have had him cohabitated with up to 4 other turtles at once, even turtles of different species and genders including RES.
I got him in January from a reptile expo in Lexington KY, 2019. When I got him he was 3in in shell length. I’ve had him since then, so he is at least a year and a half in age.
Diet:
He eats but is by no means an overeater, he never gorges himself. At the moment I have him on a diet of salmon flavor blue buffalo 2x a day and veggies including squash, carrots, and zucchini once a week. He has been fed mazuri before, and I also feed cuttlebone every week.
