    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

You were given $2000 to send two het albino females, and you (for whatever reason) failed to do so in a timely manner. The buyer now wants his money back, and you should give it to him immediately! The fact that the animals were not sent to him, means that the deal was never completed. That being the case, you should still have his two grand because it was never yours to spend! If you have spent Paul's money, and will not reimburse him immediately, then you are a thief as well as a lying sack of a business man!

I tell you this, I would take your sorry self to court over a deal like this, and unlike so many here on the BOI, I actually do have a lawyer! I can promise you one thing . . .I will never do business with you on ANY level, and I will make certain that ANYONE asking me about you will get a chance to read this mess for themselves.

Paul has to wait until you sell those animals to get HIS money back from you??? You should be ashamed of yourself! I hope your a better parent than you are a businessman!
 
You dodged the point again Whitefeather, you can't legally hold his money until the animals sell, you are not "out' anything ny sending him his money since you still have the animals.


It seems Paul didn't back out of anything, you failed to make arrangements to get this guys animals shipped to him in a resonable amount of time and have been making excuses here. If anybody changed "the deal" YOU did.

You need to refund Paul's money before those animals are sold, it's not his responsibility to wait on you. Keep up your posts, it looks like not only have you given Paul all he needs to take you to civil court, maybe even a fraud case can be filed, but it looks like I'm not the only one starting to voice myself on Paul's behalf from looking at all these others posting now.

People like you who take others money for your own uses just screw others over, it's in everybody's interest to point you out and deal with you. The next person you screw over could be someone I know, unless they read this thread and steered clear of you as a result.

You have been a perfect example of the kind of person who makes our hobby/business look bad overall.


There are plenty of reasons why I and others are helping Paul, you just haven't got that through your head Whitefeather.

You notice how many times this thread has been viewed? That number is gonig to keep going up but I doubt you even care or know what it will mean in the future for your little scams. It won't go away.

I am FOR paul. Whether or not paul is able to voice his frustrations properly, or even spelled correctly. He's still the victim in this case. When im mad..... LoL, you couldnt READ my sentences let alone understand them verbally. So what im saying Mike. Is that Paul is and will be (if he presses a legal issue) the one who is in the right. And i know a tiny bit about the way certain laws work, and FRAUD especially with the things that you have said here (all he has to do is hit PRINT on all the pages and hes got his case) you've dug yourself quite the grave my friend(i use the term "friend" loosely). One a adult retic couldnt get out of without some help.

And as for your parenting skills, im not one to judge anyone by what i HAVENT seen. So im going to stay out of that issue. But I do know this, i have a 2 year old and they are WAY more complicated and hard to take care of than a 10 week old. Either way, my son was once 10 wks old. And i found PLEANTY Of time to do the things that needed to be done. And since you have a "business" in a way. When you take in money for services or products (animals) that you have produced its basically considered a business, you HAVE to make time. Family of course comes first, BUT if you are going to put your business on hold you should have told people 9 months and 10 wks ago. Instaed of suddenly deciding that "Hey, im going to stop performing my obligations to other people (keep there money) and worry about my family" Would be fine, if you didnt do the (keeping the money) part. Let me stop rambling.

Hello. I am the Administrator of Bob Clark's forum. I have been dealing with this issue on Bob's forum and after reading Mr Whitefeather's posts here on the BOI I did not feel that I could remain silent on the subject at hand.

I have spoken at length with Bob about Mr Whitefeather (not his real name). I know that Michael is lying when he claims that he has settled things with Bob. This is not even remotely true according to Bob. The reason that Bob received animals from Michael at the Tinley Park show was simply because it was the only way that Bob could recover any part of the money that Michael has owed him for the last 8-9 years.

I (like Bob) normally don't get involved with these types of arguments, but in this case I have chosen to do so with the hope that it might prevent Mr Whitefeather from stealing from any more people. The ongoing lies that Mr Whitefeather is spouting are just appauling. Through the course of this topic it has become painfully clear that Mr Whitefeather apparently has no intentions of making things right between him and Paul. It remains to be seen if his claims that he is in the process of refunding Todd's money are legitimate or not. It is pretty sad that he wasn't willing to refund Todd's money prior to Paul and Todd "exposing him" on public forums.

It is already an established fact that Mr Whitefeather is a criminal. While I agree that people can change it is obvious that Mr Whitefeather has not. An ex-con that continues to steal and abuse people is not a reformed ex-con. He is a thief and he is still a criminal who is still commiting crimes.

I posted several questions to Mr Whitefeather on the BC Forum. A couple of those questions have already been answered in this thread, but others have not. I will post those questions here because I think that the answers might shed some light on what type of person we are dealing with here. Here is a part of my post from the BC Forum:

I don't like to publicly air my problems on the BOI but I've been taking any animals I could get from White Feather against a debt that dates back to 1996. It has not been possible to get any cash from him.

I must admit that after reading every post so far, I now tend to agree, in my opinion, with those who support the claim that the buyer has been or is being defrauded. I also tend to think, again my opinion, that the buyer is not likely to see his money again unless he has the authorities go after Mr. Whitefeather. Even then he may not see his money again, but he may see his federal tax dollars at work if he can get the US Attorney's office involved with this.

In my mind, a $2,000.00 loss would certainly be worth all the hassles of trying to get Mr. Whitefeather prosecuted on both the federal and state levels. In fact, prosecution of Mr. Whitefeather may not be as difficult as some may believe since, if I understand correctly, he has been convicted of a crime in the past. He may be on probation/parole, and just notifying the correct probation department of these claims may be enough to have Mr. Whitefeather remanded to custody for a violation of parole. Dependent upon the original crime for which he had been imprisoned (again if I understand correctly that he had been imprisoned) an incarceration for a violation of parole could last quite some time. The buyer may not get his money back, but may receive quite a bit of satisfaction (possibly more than $2,000.00 worth) by way of legal revenge. Of course this will require a bit of detective work, you would need to discover Mr. Whitefeather's real name, and DOB and then run a criminal history check. Of course, the best way to do so would be to contact the authorities on both ends of the deal, letting them know what you are claiming happened to your money, who you sent it to, the address you sent it to, and the fact that this person claims himself to be, or that others claim him to be, an alleged ex-felon (if I remember correctly). A mere $2,000 is not much in the eyes of the law in some states or the federal government, but when an alleged ex-con allegedly steals or defrauds you of $2,000 that is often another story.

Of course, the buyer had better be darned certain of his facts before presenting all of this to the proper legal authorities. False claims of criminal or civil wrongdoing are often looked
upon quite harshly by authorities, and can result in prison sentences, fines, and or civil liabilities.

You might be shocked if you knew how much I already know about Mr Whitefeather. I am waiting to see how he chooses to address this issue and whether or not he answers my questions before I divulge what I know.

If Mr Whitefeather chooses to continue with his current course of action, then I will have no choice but to provide full disclosure of the information that I have in my possession. The choice is yours Michael...
 
I Recieved The Money! Yey!!!

I told you guys that I would inform you when and if I received the check that Whitefeather said he had sent. I received it late yesterday and cashed it this morning and everything went smooth, atleast with that. I would just like to thank Mr. Whitefeather for coming through here, even though it took these extremes to get it straight. I guess this BOI can help after all. I like everyone elso would like to see Paul receive a little justice. My work is done here now....Thanks to all who saw the light here.
 
todd the boi did not do anything. like i told you prior, that was the second check that was sent to you. i offered copies of the first one that was cancelled when the new one was made out. also i thank you for the offer to keep some, but i could not as you did not recieve anything from me.... i will also openly apologize for any problems this caused you. but i also would like proof on what you said about al, as i would bet my life that those words never came out of his mouth. michael whitefeather

Shame, well my cousin just faxed me the results of the N.C.I.C check he did running the various names supplied here. All I can say publically is it is interesting. Oh and if you want to know if this was legal to do, it is for a police officer to(which my cousin is) get this information at any given time for any number of useful purposes..

You are apparently looking at much of the same info that I am also looking at. We should compare notes. ;)
 
first off, before you go running off at the mouth about my record( which has no bearing on this subject) it is not legal to pull ncic reports up for any given reason. if i was pulled over or arrested then he could pull them up. if i was in court on a charge they would also be pulled up. but to pull them up when there is no charge or reason in not allowed. maybe you better recheck the rights of people first. if my past record had any bearing on this topic that would be one thing but it does not. whats the matter cant find anything else so you will bring my past and comments about my familyup? if any of my ncic report is brought up i will go to no ends to prosecuate. so brian for your cousin to do what he did was very illegal. and it will be brought the the proper authorities attention this evening. my criminal past is no ones business period. if paul was so concerned about finishing this were has he been hiding. once again leave my criminal history out of this. it not something i am proud of as well as no ones business. michael whitefeather
 
Ok. Just to clarify here.....It's illegal to pull up ncic records. Not illegal to screw someone out of $2000.00. Ritchie needs to learn how to spell and you're going to "prosecuate". You don't have to make good on deals because you have a child. Am I right so far? Your criminal past was nobody's business UNTIL you basically stole from someone. Nobody would have ever cared about your past if there weren't problems now. "recheck the rights of people"?? Paul has a right to his money back. None of this would even be an issue if you just give the guy his money back. I'll say it once more since you seem to miss certain parts of the thread......Give the guy his money back!!
 
hey cahrens your right it is illegal to give ncic reports out. why doesnt he but down the deparment and his name for all to see. and if you read wheres paul? where is his addy? but i am sure you over looked that. or many the mail fairy will know where he lives by just his name. read all before saying a word. in closing addy = refund not a very hard problem to slove is it. pauls seems to have fallen off the face of the earth right. michael whitefeather
