    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

your background shows you have this great urge not to follow laws, rules and regulations. While I agree the past is the past and the past really should not be brought up if a person has changed... I also think it should also be brought up if a person has not changed.

1. You owe Bob Clark Money and you have no intentions of giving him back his cash.

2. You say you will refund Paul once the animals have been sold. What are you doing spending HIS money?

You said that you would "prosecute" if this happens? Let me ask you this...what would the charges be? Who is going to do the prosecuting? Would you bring county, state of federal charges against one of us? You should know the difference...after all, you've "been through the system."

So maybe you meant that you would bring a civil case against one of us? Please explain the grounds upon which you would do so. One small question...how are you going to afford an attorney if you can't even afford to pay Paul back?

Please cease and desist from bringing any further empty threats. They carry no weight with someone who knows the law. I can post whatever I want about you without fear of retribution...and I know it. Further threats only make you look more foolish. Sorry, but it's true.

That's pretty funny. I read that transcript last night. That wasn't one of the items that I was going to post, however, it is a great example of how "heresay" is often times admissable in a court of law. ;)

Pardon me if this has already been brought up, but YOUR criminal record IS PUBLIC INFORMATION. I have NO clue about the process they went through to get it, but I could do a search of your name in EVERY COUNTY in the contry and pull up your charges that have been placed on you AS WELL as the outcome of EACH case.
Fact is Michael, you delay in every way you can in your dealings. What about the guy here in Arizona that waited two MONTHS to get his Tigers het for albino, ended up driving to YOUR house to get them, only to be followed by 4 MONTHS of delays in getting him the super he told you he wanted when he was there.
Folks, before you jump on me for this, since it did not include me, I DO know what I am talking about. He is a VERY good friend of mine and I was made aware of EVERY delay, excuse, whatever that came about. In fact I even went as far as to call Michael one day last summer/early spring and had the individual listen to the whole conversation. I acted like I "heard" stories of the situation, but was interested in buying from him, when in fact the WHOLE conversation was being tape recorded in case it was needed as HARD proof regarding the problems he was having in getting Michael to send the animal. Michael was willing to sell ME the same snake that was already BOUGHT and PAID for by my friend. If anyone is interested, like Bob Clark, he has chosen not to post on this thread. Like Dr. Owens, I was fed up, knew EVERYTHING about the situation, was forwarded emails in regards to this transaction. I was leary in posting anything because I do not want to jeopordize friendships/acuantances I have in the herp community.
You can say it was not the same snake, but if you remember I asked you what you had in your collection, what you had available and I said I was interested in the SAME Super. Yes, you told me that you had some youngins as well, but I told you I did not want those..........so please do not try and pawn it off as other snakes you were talking about.
On another note, before you try and sue for this also. It IS legal in the state of Arizona to tape record a conversation as long as ONE of the parties involved are aware. Bummer for you, in this case there were TWO parties that knew about it.
How can SO MANY people be wrong? people post your name folowed by....."contact me please....", "trying to reach you....", "where is my money...", "where are my animals....", etc. Do you really think this is because you are so popular that people are dying to buy from you? It is more like people are dying to complete deals with you that YOU FAILED to complete.

Lastly, and I ask as nice as I can, I am not looking to be mother f**ked all over the place. I speak ONLY because of the HARD facts I have/have had (emails, recordings) that some of which are still around, but others that have been deleted since they were not sent to me to begin with. The facts that I have saved are that my friend bought 100 PERCENT HET FOR ALBINO TIGERS from Whitefeather and I wanted that on tape. With the history and accusations that have been brought on this guy, I wonder if indeed they are hets. Hopefully for all parties involved, they are.
I appologize if some do not like what I have to say, but what I say ARE FACTS and based on reading emails AND FIRST HAND conversations with Whitefeather, unfortunately he did not know my real motive.

Just to clarify something that can be misread, I spoke of the "Tigers" and "them". I was thinking of the two snakes that were owed in the beginning, my fingers went faster than my mind. He drove to Michaels to get two snakes, but only came back with one Tiger het for Albino and was shipped a Super that I BELIEVE was said to be het for Albino as well...............4 MONTHS later.
Just wanted to make my statements clear.

I have really wanted to stay out of this whole thing, but after reading your post I feel compelled to add something. I talked to Michael about the transaction you are refering to over the telephone. I told Michael that it would be stupid for him to ship the animal to you and have a third party pay Michael for that animal. Which seems to be something you are leaving out of your post. Also from my understanding Brian you were given the option of one snake or another depending on what the other party decided to go with also something that was left out.

In regards to Paul, two things, Michael mentioned to me that you were talking about picking the albino and hets up when he mentioned that they were sold. You yourself even mentioned that you were thinking that you were just going to pick them up in the phone conversation that we had when you called inquiring about Michael.

I am currently trying to get into the circuit court records for Florida........

first I would like to thank you for taking a mellow approach when responding.
In regards to the possible deal, Michael might have said that it would depend on what the other party picked out and if so I apologize for the error. For that I am not sure. In regards to the third party thing, it went like this. MICHAEL suggested to ME (since we lived in the same city) that I pay the other party. MICHAEL TOLD ME that HE would include MY snake in the shipment he was already sending my friend. It would only make sense, this way he could kill two birds with one stone rather than paying for shipping on two boxes going to the same city. That I know for a fact, he brought it up to me, no the other way around.

The fact that you mention that Michael was supposedly was selling a supertiger het for albino really makes me believe that your recollection of the facts are a little hazey. Due to the fact that to my knowledge and everyone elses that there isnt ANY supertigers that are het for albino

No need for me to be nothing but calm and level headed. The people that seem to be taking this the most personal and getting the most fired up are the ones, that have nothing to do with the situation and and have no knowledge of it.

When I talked to Michael on the phone about that deal Brian, I remembered it being the other way around........
 
I said that I believed he had said it was het for albino. That alone states I could be mistaken. He could have told my friend anything he wanted. We had discussed the possibilty of whether or not they exist. You are right, to MY knowledge they are not around. On the same note, that does not mean they aren't.
My point on the hets was in relation to the Tiger. I cannot say anymore than that.
I amnot going to sit here and defend my words Andy, you and I have had good conversation in the past and I do not want that to change by nitpicking each others words apart.
The fact is, Michael has taken way too long to complete more than one deal,. THat is what matters here.

IN FAIRNESS TO MICHAEL and after asking my friend on the phone while I type this, he did say that it would depend on what he picked out..........for that I apologize.

Please explain to me how it is that any of Bob's business deals reflect on my integrity in any way. I do not know anything about the situation to which you are refering, so I won't even attempt to comment on it.

As for my deal with Tom Eugenis...he and I had worked out a trade in which I was to receive 3 adult female tigers. Part of the trade (in addition to what he received a year ago) was that I was going to give him a couple of babies in the future (2003 babies). You said that it took over a year for us to close the deal? Well, isn't it usually in the spring when babies are born? It was expected that it was going to take a while. However, there was one little catch in the deal...instead of receiving 0.3 tigers I received 2.1 tigers. I think that you would agree that this is not really the same thing. Consequently, Tom and I had to re-evaluate our previous arrangement and arrive at a new agreement which we have done. How this deal would in any way reflect poorly on my honesty, integrity or business ethic I have no idea.

Michael, your attempts to distract this conversation by pointing fingers at others does nothing but further illuminate the indefensible position that you are in. The bottom line is this: you have something that doesn't belong to you and the person whom it does belong to wants it back.

Please allow me to further simplify the matter (aka "dumb-it-down") for you...when you take something that doesn't belong to you it is called STEALING. People who steal are called THIEVES. People who knowingly twist or falsify the truth are called LIARS. I am not labeling you...you are doing it to yourself.
 
Well it looks like Mike is trying to blame everyone else and make his problems go away by drawing attention to other things. And Mike it isn not against the law for a POLICE OFFICER to get your N.C.I.C report and it is not uncommon for them to talk about their work to family members and friesnd either. If you want me to I can quote you U.S.C Title 18 laws which pretain to what you have done here. If I was you I wouldn't worry about the FBI I would worry more about the Postal Inspectors if the money was sent by mail. The little tid bit about you RATTING someone out just shows what a "STAND UP GUY" you are. As for the Bell vs Clark thing what is your point??? You want me to get the proper papers and post them here?? That can be done eaisly as Florida is an easy state to get records from, almost as easy as Texas.

And Jay you get the time we can compair notes and ge a good laugh out of it. Hell there might be some things I know that you haven't found out yet. Thank god for the "GOOD OLE BOY" network here in Alabama. Political favors and family in the right places gets things done so well...
