Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

This thread is really over. It was not enough to bring Bob Clark and Al Baldoga into this. Now we have Mark Bell and a host of others. NONE OF THIS IS RELAVANT! It is not right to involve these people and the business dealings of others don't belong in this thread. This thread should be about the stated situation between Mike and Paul. Mike admits to owing Paul money. Mike said that he would refund it if he gave him the address. Paul posted the address here and is stating he wants his money sent to said address. Mike, send him the money via certified mail with return reciept requiring signature. Post the tracking number when you send it. Paul, update this thread when you get it. Doesn't that seem simple? All the other people that have been attacked and had their privacy invaded, for what? Why do you think Bob Clark, Al Baldoga and so many others will never use this site as a resource? This is why! Todd also brought some of those up, not correctly at first, but later others brought that info up as well and in dealing with THIS type of blemish to our hobby, business to some, pretty much every "tool" available needs to be used. Just in a proper way which I think is what you are pointing out?

A few things on this subject.
With all this past history of Michael being brought up (information that doesnt have any relivance here) this conversation was switched from a post trying to finish a business deal to a post that Michael could not help but be 100% on the defensive about. The issue was switched from Paul and Todds dealings, to Michaels past.
Michael asked for Pauls address to apparently make right on his dealings. Paul apparently wasnt around to post it. While Michael waited for this info everyone decided to take full advantage of this oppurtunity and couldnt resist kicking Michael when he was down, so to speak. Mob mentality took over, rather then ackowledging the fact that Todd recieved his money and that maybe if Paul would post his address he would be sent his check as well, everyone decided that maybe they should take advantage of this "opppurtunity" and try and drag Michael's name through the mud and to destroy his reputation as much as they could.
Doing this in my mind made this issue completely personal. So now no matter what Michael does he is a "bad guy"
And why??
Todd had a deal with Michael that HE backed out of after sending the money to Michael.
Todd has recieved his money back.
Paul TOLD ME on the telephone before he even got the albino that he thought he was just going to come pick up the animals from Michael because and I quote "I would like to see what Michael has anyways"
Paul was apparently unable to contact Michael for a week, he panicked and rather then going through with picking up the animals he decided that and I quote he "needed to get some att."

So now we are here at this point. Paul backed out a deal with Michael, verbally attacked him, threatened him, and now has slandered his name.
Now even IF Michael decides to refund this money like he did with Todds he will still be considered a "bad guy" and the fact that the money is recieved will be overshadowed by all of the attacks that have been sent Michaels way.

As much as I have had my disagreements with Evan in the past, he raised a very valid point...
At the time of his posting, the majority of the thread immediately before hand had been little more than people bringing up the names of third party individuals who were unwilling or unable to log on to Fauna and post for themselves, despite having computers and despite knowing of the existance of the thread (or at least a few knew of the existance of the thread, others I'm not sure).
While Rich allows third party information to be posted provided that there is a name attached, some form of identifying the source of the information, Evan might be right about the lines that had been crossed in doing so... There's a difference between getting permission to post an email or two and what had been going on where people were making statements to the effect of "Oh yeah?! Ask Big Name X, he hates you too and he told me you wet your bed!" with nothing to verify that Big Name X had ever said anything of the sort.
And even posting emails... after a certain point, permission or not... if someone has decided not to participate in Fauna, for whatever personal reasons they might have, then their decision should be respected and they should be left out of the thread.

andy and seamus not trying to start a confrontation with yall but yall need to read more closly. he had my address, he sent me the albino, but gave me a hrdcore run around forever on the other two that i was suppossed to get. thats why it came down to this. there is only so much b.s. a man can take when he has 2 grand on the line and cant get in touch with somebody that he heard so much negative things about after i had already sent the money. i just want my MONEY!!!!!!!!!!

Rozann, I don't think you really understood what I meant. All I am saying is that Bob Clark has responded to me and several other people asking to be kept out of this and Al Baldoga asked to be left out of this. At that point when they asked to not be involved, wether it hurts or helps anyones case here, you have to respect their wishes to keep their dealings private. Bob read this thread and chose not to be a part of it. I know that Mark Bell would very likely want no part of this as well. It is just not right to use them to justify your case. If you guys think Mike is a bad guy, I think you have gone way above and beyond to prove it without involving people who declined involvement.
As for Todd, he got his money back, when Mike told him he would and not only did he not say one positive word about that happening here but now he is sending me batches of nasty email in which he included insults and told me that he got what he wanted and could care a less about anyone else. So Paul, that is your great ally. Now that he is paid, he has evaporated. He was happy to lead the charge but ran as soon as he had a chance. Not great company to have. Count on yourself to get it done.
Paul, I know the situation you are in. Anyone who has put any time into this industry and built a collection has sent big checks to people that they either barely knew or did not know well. Sometimes you do wonder, even if there are no red flags at all, am I going to get screwed? In your case you have every right to be upset. I just felt from the go that if you had stuck to stating facts here and laid out your game plan for Mike to read, that this would have been resolved much faster and much less painfully for both parties. And whoever it was (sorry I can't remember) who posted that Mike will always be thought of as a bad guy even after he refunds the money and that this was unfair to throw his past on here, really makes a valid point. This was about your deal with him. That was it. It turned into something quite different and I think that's a shame.

hey ralph you have got to be the biggest mental midget i have ever heard from. paul stated not just to me but to someone else that he would pick the girls up. show me how i am wrong for allowing him to do this? does that justify someone being a bad guy? i thought it would be a nice gesture to allow him to visit and thank him for saving me money on shipping. then this morning he states( call me and offer me something else if you do not have the money) he was to get two girls now its something else then it is send my refund. seems to me that paul can be very undecided at times.
and evan it may not have been in good taste to mention bob being sued for ripping off 30000.00 plus but i did that to show what type of person he is. by him allowing an email from him to be posted he made himself part of this. he seems not to be man enough to come fourth and speak the truth on how i made the attempt to settle our business with out him even having proof of what was owed. and he seems not to want to comment on ripping people off. he states he does want to air his dirty laundry in public , but he is cowardly enough to allow someone else to post his email to them. the reason he will not come on here is because he has enough dirty laundry to fill 5 semi trailers, and rich would need 5 websites like this just to hold all his scams. if he was such a stand up guy he would post and answer my allegations. if you live in a glass house you should not throw boulders as bob seems to be doing in a cowardly fashion. this case with bob is just one of many. his most recent is trying to give animals to anyone who will help him convince will slough to sell him a banana ball. he seems to have 60000.00 to spend but can not seem to find a way to pay people he has dealt with in full for animals he has gotten from him. and this is the type of person thats wants to slam me. hell people have to remind him that they were shorted money just to get paid. sorry i am not afraid to say what i have to say about bob. as i have no respect for the biggest scammer and cheater out there. he allways has money to buy , but never money to pay what he owes.
and jay yes testifying in that case shows what kind of person i am. 6 people were taken from there families for a crime they did not commit. i was at the wrong place when this loud mouth started talking. it took a lot of thought for me to cooperate with the courts to say what i did. i am sure if you were locked up for life for something you did not do, taken from your family forever you would want someone who might have info to prove your innocence to step up and be a man regardless what might happen. life in prison is forever. i also believe that they did get a retrial. so if by me saying what he said to me helped put these 6 people back with there loved ones then i did what a real man would do. i tood up and did the right thing. i guess doc you are not a real man due to your response. and answer me this doc why did it take you a year to discover these animals were all males? and no ,retics breed and hatch year long.so make sure you know what you are talking about before you run your mouth. i have been keeping and breeding snakes for 23 years in between my stints in prison . how long have you?
come on people someone prove me wrong on my alligations. certain people on here wanted to start a war. they wanted to slam the hell out of me. well heres your chance prove me wrong on bob being sued or what a slim he really is. or how jay strung someone along for a year on his dealings. not counting paul there is only one person that i have an unfinished deal with. when he is ready to complete it he will contact me to end it. if no one can come up with anything other than my criminal past. to slam me on. what does that show about yourself? i did not want to come back and post again, but i see that someone tries to provide useful info( andy dietz) and no one wants to admit that maybe i am not as big a prick and some have tried to make me out to be. all i am saying is that weather or not people like me or buy from me is erelavent. just stick to the facts and truth behind the deal with paul, todd, and myself... michael whitefeather

I dont normally get into these things but I cant sit back and just watch. this has turned into a crucifixion of michael. as far as him going to jail b4 .. who cares. what does that have to do with now? michael has every right to be upset with everyone posting personal info about him that does not involve any of the transactions or deals at hand. if michael needs to deal with people then let it happen. 18 pages of hammering on him is not going to get things solved faster.
I purchased 2 supers from michael with no problems. he let me come down and visit and view his collection. we are currently finnishing up another deal again with no problems.
so now we have to decide how we can get things solved instead of fueling the fire. how would you react to 18 pages of this

ok trying to stay fair here, Michael does have a point. Paul should decide once and for all if he wants the snakes or his money back. Even though I do not like Michael taking so long in either refunding or getting the animals to the people in a timely manner, I do have to say, those are some awesome snakes he has.
I do not know what the whole deal was, but perhaps if Paul were to pick up the snakes and the shipping was included in the sale, maybe it could be discounted if picked up?
It sounds as though Paul is NOT so all fired sure if he wants to give up losing the snakes. Just a thought.

stardust, i informed them both ( todd and paul) that i would have the animals sent out by the first week of june. as i did not want to ship after that. and yes i can admit that at times i can be very hard to contact. as well as at times i do take a bit of time to ship. but i just felt with pauls offer to drive up that it would be great. this way he could see first hand how my animals and cared. yes maybe paul has a hard time making his mind up so i will do it here openly for him. i do not like the fact you broke the deal we had. i also do not like the fact that you even told andy that you would be coming to pick things up. all of a sudden you come here and start. own up to the fact you said one thing ( picking them up ) and then went off the deep end and started the number one flame war and slam fest in the history of the boi. you broke the deal and you will be refunded. do not ask for something else to be offered to you as you did in one of your last posts. you said you wanted attention, well you got it. i hope you scored your ultimate goal. next time you want attention at least be smart enough not to put it down on a public forum. and if you can not relay all the details, make sure that you do not tell others one thing and then go and open lie on a public forum. michael whitefeather
