    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

RECAP

Paul sends money to Mike for 3 snakes.

Mike ships 1 and says he needs to build crates for the other 2 in order to ship them.

Mike then says he cannot ship due to having a baby and not having crates and the airport is too far away.

Pauls asks for refund of $2000 sent to Mike for the 2 snakes he has not received.

Mike says that Paul can pick up the snakes if he wants them.

Paul says no. He wants them shipped or a refund.

Mike will not ship them.

Pauls demands a refund.

Mike says no.

So......Here we are.
Paul paid for 3 snakes. Got shipped only 1. Mike won't ship the other 2 or refund Pauls money.

REFUND THE $2000 and dragging this out!:(
 
Um kind of, it goes more like this:

1. Paul pays Michael $5000 for 1 albino retic and two adult hets shipped.
2. Paul receives 1 albino and asks where the two hets are.
3. After much ado from Michael (*see excuse list below), Paul starts getting ignored by Michael and posts here stating that all he wants is his money back.
4. After Michael starts getting grilled and fails at diverting attention he posts saying he will give Paul back his money once he sells the hets to someone else.

And here is where we are left, with yet another time-delaying excuse. Similar to "I have to build the crates." or "Your check is in the mail it must be lost." or "The airlines won't ship crates this large" or "I thought by saying that you would like to visit that you meant I only had to ship ONE snake" or "The weather isn't right to ship the hets but the albino will be just fine."

Only one kind of guy gives lines like that, a scam artist. And I use the term "artist" loosely. But it all comes down to Paul filing papers and giving Michael a tangible reason to give back what isn't his.

Several of you have suggested that charges be filed against Michael...and I agree that it very likely will have to come to that. However, he'll be back in jail soon enough anyway. I just hope that Paul gets his money before Michael goes back to the "Big House." Otherwise he might have to wait 5-10 years for his cash.

This might be part of the reason that Michael is stalling...

Thats quite alright Jay. I will base my opinions of people by the impression that I get of them when I meet them in person. Not on the internet or from looking at past history.


Perhaps since the trust is there so much, you can lend Whitefeather the $2000.00 and he could pay you back.

Sure...

On April 24th of this year the Wisconsin state District Attorney's office file charges against Michael Grunkowski (aka Michael Whitefeather). The charges were as follows:

One felony count of Aggravated Battery Intending to cause Great Bodily Harm.
One felony count of Use of a Dangerous Weapon.
One count of Habitual Criminality.

Considering Mr Grunkowski's previous felony convictions and two previous prison terms (for violent crimes) as well as the fact that he's only been out of prison for approximately three years...I think that it's safe to say that he is...well...screwed.

Mr Grunkowski's preliminary hearing is scheduled for 10:30 am on Tuesday June 17th 2003.

(Bear one thing in mind...this doesn't even address any of the civil suits that have been filed against Mr Grunkowski.)
 
I guess I'm getting a little mixed-up after 25 pages of this mess! Andy, can you explain what you meant by the following:

I didn't quite catch if you were being serious or not. If so, how does it have so much to do with Ralph? If not, how does it have any less to do with him than you?

When you imply that people who are not directly involved in the transaction shouldn't be involved in this thread, you effectively state that there is no point in having a BOI. That doesn't give you much credibility here, also being a friend of Michael's tends to make me wonder about your intent with your posts. Running interference for Michael? You made a serious attempt at trying to completely swing this thread against the person who started it , making yourself look a bit bad.

I personally feel if somebody gets scammed or ripped off that people should take an interest and help where they can, nowadays too many people just sit back and say "if it isn't happening to me then it's not my problem" until it happens to them and they wonder why nobody will help them alittle. People who rip off people love it when "people not involved" just sit back, that way they can do it again.


I've made myself pretty clear, care to divert the thread again Andy? Go talk to Michael face to face and have post what he is going to do.

He wanted Paul to post his address to send him his money.

Paul Posted his address and has been quiet, he figured out his rantings were not helping and is letting others help him. like you seem to be trying to do for Michael. Not hard to understand one bit.

Paul posted what Michael wanted, we're waiting on Michael to follow through so go talk to Michael and get this resolved since you decided to help out Michael's side of this.

Andy is well respected and very active on the BC forum. Andy WAS involved, as the thread that was highjacked on the BC forum was started by him. I think he's just looking stop the people who are trying to aggravate this issue, and aren't helping with finding a resolve to the issue.

I'm aware of that, and haven't said anything truely negative of Andy as a person, anymore than he has of me. I'm trying to help in resolving this and that is clear to pretty much everybody as are the reasons why, Andy seems upset I'm involved and since it's understood why I'm willing to help, it seems odd he's upset at me for being involved if he really just wants this issue resolved as you say he does. It seems to me he's sticking up for a friend regardless of who is right or wrong, he also has made it clear he doesn't feel Michael is at fault, that the customer is, and that Michael hasn't done a thing wrong in any of the things he has posted.

I don't have a thing against Andy, I want to see this resolved with Michael posting, instead of Andy, that Paul's refund has been overnighted to him with a tracking number.


Paul Holsinger re-capped the whole thread in a simple synopsis quite nicely, you may want to read that or I'd reccommend the whole thread if you can for the whole picture.

This isn't about Andy or me Joshua, The Paul who started this thread is currently out $2000 and has been given all kinds of excuses, we all have, by Michael ,one of his biggest problems was reaching Michael, obviously that is true since mysteriously he has not replied now that his customer has done what he asked...posted a mailing address for the refund.

If Andy or someone is trying to get this resolved then have Michael post what is going to do.

Again simple.

You really need to use your full name here on the BOI every time you post. It is part of the TOS for this site, and is spelled out explicitly in the rules for the BOI. Failure to do so, will likely get your post deleted, and I would hate to see that happen to a guy on his very first contribution to this forum.

The easiest way to accomplish this is for you to go into the "User CP" section identified by the tab at the top of this page. Then edit your signature line to reflect your full name on each post. That way, you'll never have to worry about it again!

I'm not thrilled with the way the deals went between Michael & Todd and Michael & Paul. I even believe that a criminal record is relevant in evaluating someone's character. Yes, people change, and that possibility should always be encouraged and proof of change should be accepted. However, if I was looking to marry someone who had been married 6 times before, you can bet I'd be checking out that history before walking down the aisle.

Our past can't be changed. Our futures can.

Michael has not been shown to be guilty of any of these charges yet, and that information shouldn't be relevant unless he is. It's still "innocent until proven guilty".

What you stated above seemed to be negative towards him. I do think that the money should be refunded. However I'm not very fond of the buyer either. This started with a post that he made on the BC forum. It was not the right place for that, and he continued to keep posting things there. Michael's attempts to change the subject to Bob Clark, and claiming that he's ripped people off also causes me to think that he lacks integrity as well. I was just looking to say that people shouldn't be judged by association. I am sure we all have had people in our lifes who have turned out to be something other than what we thought they were.

You wouldn't have been banned, and I appologize if my reminder note made it sound as though were in danger of such. I was just trying to save your message from being deleted from the thread. Your posting privileges were in no danger at all. You would have just gotten a warning from the WebSlave, that's all.

While my statements are negative, they are pointing out somethings I have observed. These things can be discussed, ignored or proven wrong if need be by Andy if he feels it is even worth his time to do so.

I don't think anything negative of Andy and only pointed some things out that seem valid since he doesn't seem to feel this topic is any of my business regarding my participation in this thread.

Nothing more.

We're still waiting on Michael to post now that the customer has done what he asked.

Because he no longer has the $2000.00 that was originally sent his way. To be honest im guessing he bought something else with it. Either that or squandered it on some frill's. You know, for being such a big guy, with all those tattoos, he sure does act like a little boy. Why dont you admit your screw up micheal, YOUR the business person here. You should come on here, say sorry the deal didnt go the way you wanted it paul, here is your tracking number for YOUR MONEY THAT IS NOT MINE.......


As for paul, whom im guessing is still reading these posts even though he's being quiet for now. I really think that you should file a complaint man. Honestly, go down to your local police station and give them the low down. Sign every paper you have to. If you dont already know what to do ask them how you file mail fraud charges. DO IT MAN PLEASE!!!!!!!! I hate seeing scammers get away with scamming. The only way ill think any other way about Micheal is when paul posts the same thing Todd did "I got my money and was able to cash it no problems" And PRIOR to anyone flaming me, see my prior posts about how i feel regarding this issue, cause ive read all 26 pages of it AND the 14 pages on the BC forums. So......
