We are selling our pair of macaws because we will be moving. It is a Harlequin and a Ruby. We bought them from a breeder that was sick and down sizing. They had babies for her with other mates. Then they chose each other. They are about 12 years old. They are definitely breeder birds and not tame.
We have not tried hard enough to breed them. We recently put a box in their aviary.
