Wanted Male Madagascan collared spiny tailed iguana (Oplurus Cuvieri)

Looking to breed my female Cuvier's Madagascar swift and make these awesome herps readily available in Northern B.C. where I reside. Any assistance getting one of these little gems to my neck of the woods would be greatly appreciated as I continually get mountain horned dragons and all other manner of random missends from the distributors and pet stores I rely on. The female I currently have was actually a previous missend as well so obtaining her mate has been a year long nightmare. I know I am way off the beaten path but I'm willing to obtain any permits necessary or drive part of the way to facilitate shipment over the border if it helps at all.
