Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Do not do Business with this man!!! He lives in Miami FL and is a scammer. I recently posted this male Coral Sunglow, he bought it. He sent me $200 paypal and I told him I wanted the rest as a MO. Well he sent me a check for $2700. I called the bank the day I shipped the snake to see if the check cleared. My bank told me that the funds were availible, Which they answered me wrong. Well I shipped the snake and the check bounced. I was told to recash it, well it bounced again. He kepted going on and on that he will pay me and he never did. Now he stopped replying to my emails and he has hung up on me the last 2 times I was able to reach him on the phone. His email address is [email protected] So watch out. He works at Vesta Home Loans in Hollywood Fl. So tomorrow Im am going to my district court and file a complaint and if he doesnt show up to court, I will issue a warrant for his arrest. Im also going to file another complaint to the federal trades commision cause he did to mail fraud which is another federal offence. If anyone wants any more infomation please PM me.. Also do not buy this snake, and if anyone sees this snake for sale online or anywhere, please email me asap at [email protected]

What ad is he running.. Its not for this coral sunglow is it???? I emailed him a link to this thread.. He knows he can make this situation right, but he hasnt. I also told him Im going to file the complaints tomorrow.
 
Is he permitted to sell a wild caught animal from the state he lives in? Just curious. I know all states have different laws. Hope his works out for you. That is a beautiful boa.
 
Dave Sorry to hear this happened to you. I know its kinda rubbing salt in the wound but why would you accept his check after insisting Money Order? I am just curious..

Sorry Manny Hernandez, But it wasnt me that posted your ads. Maybe you can put your last name somewhere in your ads so you wont get this confusion anymore. Well guess what guys. After sending him this link and telling him I was taking him to court, I had an extra $2700 in my Paypal account this morning. So I must say that Manny J Frade gave me one hell of a run trying to get my money for more then 2 weeks, but he did do the right thing in the end. I still will never buy anything from him in the future and will make sure all money I recieve is cleared with my bank before shippment. This is his email he sent me today along with the payment.... Enjoy....

That's very disappointing that he allowed his check to bounce. I've dealt with Manny in the past on an expensive animal and he paid me immediately and kept in constant contact. I could not have been more pleased with the outcome. With that said, I am glad to see him make good on his word here.

I'm very sorry for the mix-up Manny, I made an incorrect assumption when I saw Manny from Florida and I shouldn't have. My mistake and I apologize.

Manny is a Good Guy

I can assure you that Manny Frade is a great guy. I have done business with him for over a year now. Every transaction has gone extremly smooth. I can assure you he was out of town the last few weeks. I had to wait for him to get back from Vegas to complete yet another transaction. this one was for 3,250 and Yes his check cleared.
 
i dont know where this guys listed the resolution for this incident but if he didnt, let me set the record straight, when the check thing happened i was on vacation 2000 miles from home and had a bad check given to me back home that caused the entire debacle to my account. after calls and calls from this kid interrupting my vacation, and realizing this kid was not waiting for me to get back home to handle this incident, i paid him through paypal and it was settled. sure he had to eat the charges but he was insulting and persistant in his calls and i needed him to stop bothering me. not to mention his money was due to him, no doubt. what i was able to do was limited being no where near my hometown bank. You still bounced a check for $2500. That is a legitimate gripe for "this kid", and pretty unprofessional on your part. Complain all you like but you screwed up first.
