That "vet" bill is obviously an invoice/receipt for some animal-related product(s) she bought.

The ship date was 7/2. All the verbage is product/shipping related - P.O Number, Terms, Via, F.O.B.

That's certainly not anything Medical/Vet related!

And I don't know if it's just a bad paste job, but "Gulfgate Animal Hospital" is crooked.

Yeah, she's a college student - even paid the "multi discount" she tacked on!

I recognize this format as a well known industry in the reptile biz uses the same format. Does this look familiar?

I'm not saying she used this same layout, I'm just saying I highly doubt she purchased the layout from an online site... Chances are high she used a previously sent invoice from a company and tweeked it.

Notice that the layout is identical, even the "Paid" stamp is the same

While I've never seen a vet use that type of layout, I have seen other businesses use that type of format even though they don't ship, etc.

I've seen a vet mess up the math, adding when they were to subtract(happened on my invoice, and I pointed it out and they corrected it).

But I've never seen one get their own phone number wrong, and also mess up the math, and use a 'ship to' all on one invoice. Not looking good.

I called the number on the invoice she posted, with no answer(no answer machine). The number listed on the website for the vet office DID answer with the machine and the vet office message. Will call tomorrow to see if the lock smith answers the invoice number.

She removed and blocked me from one of her facebook profiles (apparently not remembering I was on BOTH) so it seems that she is starting to distance herself. Pity that she instead of telling the truth she has decided to alienate herself.
Although I did save her the trouble and removed myself from her 'other' facebook profile as well.

I think that each person who left words on the table here was trying to do the right thing. Cody spoke with the seller, and thought as several people did that she was being wronged by naysayers. He was championing a young lady that he thought was just unsure, and trying to do the right thing.
I think that we should be careful with each other, because those who were participating were trying to help.
Rob is the hero here, because he looked at the invoice and took action. Several people questioned the invoice and it is that kind of questioning mindset that can lead to discoveries.
It's the back and forth, the disagreements, that are the crucible for truth. So each person who contributed here, should be treasured as part of that process.

So it has taken me about an hour to read through all 16 pages of this. So the OP jumped to conclusions but was ok at a later moment. Awesome.

The Seller claims she is mature but continued to rant on about "us" people being immature and people with no college education being immature?? Love it...

But in the end what I <b>love</b> the most is how she just stops responding once she is called out on her fake invoice. I work for a Plb/HVAC company and those invoices look similar to what we use here. I would think that a vet would put the species of the animal and what the diagnosis was for each animal. Who is to say that one of her other animals didn't have a RI and that's who received the Baytril. Im also curious if the OP is aware of her fake invoice?? I read this thing but got so caught up and mixed up and didnt notice if he responded.

I am truly grateful for the wonderful BOI and these threads that we can all read as time goes on and hope that everyone continues to update with each person they deal with so that the rest of the world can be informed...

Thank God for Fauna and all the wonderful people I have met/talked to on this site...

i dont know any vets that put diagnosis on an invoice. many times by the itemized invoice of what was done, you can get an idea of what the diagnosis is, but the diagnosis is only legally required in the medical record tht stays at the clinic site.
it is super easy for the client (seller in this case) to obtain the legal documented medical record (copies) and post them. all medical recoreds are required to have the hospital name, address, phone number, the clients name, pets name, date of service, entering concer, history, physical findings, diagnostics performed, treatment (if indicated) diagnosis, prognosis, and discharge instructions. the invoice is only required to have itemized charges of service (basic clinic and client info is encouraged, but not required, but should stored in the clinics computer database and shows all clinic/client/patient information if needed)

yeah it does change things a bit like my opinion of the whole situation incase you didn't understand what i was saying. And when i said its not looking good i mean its not looking good for her. I said i will see how it plays out i want to see what other things happen here and how/if she responds to it. I dont understand what you think is funny here. I dont need to appologize about anything. It may be good now that he did because of how this turned out but doesn't change the fact that more tim was waranted before making the thread. Obviously I am not as good of a sluith as everyone else here and I dont know what a fake invoice looks like. But i go where the evidence goes and the evidence is not in her favor. You know, after reading Lucille's advice, I was ready to let this go. But that is not good enough for you is it. She has been busted. You supported her all the way through. You were sarcastic, and acted like a classic dipstick. If we had listened to you, she would have gotten away with this entire charade.
