• In the past two days I have gotten emails asking about being requested to provide credit card info in order to register and also to make a post in the classifieds forums. PLEASE NOTE: In no instance will this site ask you for this sort of information. The only time any request for payment is made is if you choose to opt-in for a higher membership level, and that is done SOLELY through PayPal. Anything else is coming from a source other than this site. My guess is that this is coming through Google Adsense, but when I can get someone to send me a screen shot of this sort of request, I will know more.

    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

This guy is selling 3 corn snakes for 200$ but has no thread on boi and has only one ad on his account which is the corn snakes
Also his trader rating is 0 im new to buying reptiles online and i want to know if you guys think its a scam or not
 
They actually have a pet store in Santa Cruz, ca. I tried doing business with them once but it didn't work out so I can't say one way or the other how they are to deal with. I did get the feeling that they like to flip animals though.
 
What do you mean when you say flip animals?
And may i know why your deal didnt work out with them?? Also whats the name of the petstore?

Flip = buy a bunch of cheap animals and sell them quickly for profit. I mean, he owns a pet store so he has to make a profit. I was trying to trade for a snake he had and he said he was interested in geckos, but he wanted to give me like $5 each for my geckos that are worth at least $150 each because he said they "looked like normals". They were far from normals and it showed me that he knows nothing about geckos and their value so I decided to not pursue the deal. You listed yourself the name of his shop….Tropaquarium.
 
Ohh i see.. a man thankz for the info :) il probably just go to his petstore
And yea i kinda realized i put his petstore on this thread ryt after i posted my comment :)
