    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

This is the third time I've purchased from Mark in the last two years and he just keeps on giving me incredible animals, truthfully represented, at fair prices, and shipped professionally and on time as promised.  I'm not sure this guy really belongs in the herp trade  <img src="http://www.faunaclassifieds.com/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/smile.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':)'>  but it's nice having him here.  I am not affiliated with Mark in any way and have never even met him -- I'm just a really satisfied repeat customer.
 
I know Mark and he IS one of the good guys in the business. He gets a lot of quality animals and takes the necessary steps to insure his customers get treated right! I wouldn't hesitate to buy from Mark.

I echo both your sentinments on Mark Lucas.  I've done a number of deals with Mark and have been satisfied on all accounts.  He's easy to deal with and honestly represents the animals he sells.

I was extremly statisfied with dealing with Mark.  Top notch service and animals.  I order 1.2 Dracos, they came in better then I have ever seen them come in before.  After several failed attempts on trying to keep this genus it looks like I will have success!

I've purchased from Mark on two different occasions and was treated great both times. Great communication, great shipping, properly represented animals. Heck Mark was the first person I ever bought anything from online years ago. He's a staple in this industry with a long track record of success.

I have also purchased from Mark before and was very satisfied on all aspects. Once, he even held back a shipment of turtles because he noticed some fungus - go figure...a guy in this business that likes to send out healthy herps!

My only complaint is that he advertises these really beautiful spilotes and doesn't offer one drop of advice on how to convince one's spouse that her husband needs another big, active and rather aggressive colubrid that she may have to assist tube feed. Is that too much to ask???

I think if Mark were really serious about customer service he would be willing to call my wife and help me convince her that we really do need another trio of his spilotes :)

Other than that, the snakes I recieved from him were exactly what I saw in the pics (good pics - an important service!). He also seems to be willing to take a bit of a chance on some of the less common colubrid imports, a great service to those of us who are pretty sick of yet another make believe ball python morph.

The Bad Guys get SOOOO much press around here I thought it would be nice to bring back one of the really GREAT GUYS to the top of the list.
I just completed a transaction with Mark Lucas and he is TRULY one of the GOOD GUYS.

Thought I'd add

I've also bought several reps from Mark. Great guy. Infact a few years ago when I was still in high school he met up with me so I could buy a baby savanna monitor from him. I've also bought ball pythons and yellow anacondas from mark. Mark gets all of strictlys top animals!
