Mark has replied and I'm certain will reply again later when available, people do not sit idly by computers 24 hours a day like you seem to do. Try some patience.

He has issued a refund that will arrive Tuesday apparently.

So until then do you plan on complaining and whining?

Lets seriously stop the B.S. here and tell us what it is you aim to accomplish by repeating all of this over and over again. What is it you really want?

I don' t want the boa now anyways I want my money as promised May 16, 2005. Deal is done, just want my money refunded is all. Everything you said up till know shows your view is for him for whatever reason but being blind to facts you are as well. Not insulting you but, since Mark can' t defend himself why are you doing it.

I am taking the time to explain this situation, have the facts, and willing to hear all your views, but if you are not involved directly or never been in this same situation, what more can you add without it looking like your buddy / buddy with him.

I understand the BOI as a way to say the goods / bads about deals....so I am stating mine don' t tell me to accept "enough is enough". Maybe stop defending him and read the facts might clear your head from his lies.

Unless Mark can prove my facts are wrong , I do not see a reason to keep replying with the facts right in front of you. People agree with me and if you don' t that is fine, but if your ever in my shoes and you present the facts I will still support you just because its ethical and morally right. I do not need to be your best friend or your next sale to support you I do it on the facts alone.

So many times in the past couple of weeks Tony has been promised a refund by a certain date and it has not come, so saying he should wait til Tuesday to see if he gets it as promised this time is kind of silly.The promised date has come and gone. If it doesn't arrive Tuesday, but Mark makes another promise for a later date, does that push back the time that Tony can come back and complain? Mark lost credibility a few weeks ago when Ian of Select Reps pointed the finger at him in an email , so that Mark could take the heat for Ians representation of a hypo boa. I personally PMed Mark to let him know of the thread, so that he could confirm or deny the charges by Ian. Ian never responded to that thread either, so I have my doubts about him, but I am finding it easier to believe that Mark may have been shady in that deal as well.

But this time it is public record, here on the BOI. Until the date of expected refund comes and passes as promised by Mark HERE, further discussion HERE is pointless until it is known whether or not the refund arrived. Simple as that. Whining about it and repeating yourself endlessly does nothing to improve any situation.

Once I get the refund I will post that as well, but it does not erase Mark Miller is a bad guy. The BOI is for helping people determine if there deal they are doing with who ever is a good one. At least that is my understanding of the BOI, maybe I am wrong but no other forum allows this type of communication. Everyone says take it to the bOI, what to find out about someone go to the BOI, having problems in a deal take it to the BOI, well I have. Don' t bash me for doing so.

I will not repeat anymore of this, I will not be teased, or disrespected by you or anyone as I have not done this to anyone in this thread. Sorry if you feel my replies are to much, but since its a forumand not in person how else can I state and reply back to people. I agree with you that it isn't going to acomplish anything to continue to whine. However, I think he is entitled to continue posting as long as there are people saying "I see where you're coming from...BUT..."
As long as there is that "but", it is human nature to try to eliminate it. Tony is frustraded as hell, and he is going to keep posting over and over til he thinks everyone agrees 100%, which kind of hurts him. I know when we were all chatting the other night, it didn't take long before Tony started getting on my nerves, and Mark was very calm and collected. By the end I found myself siding with Mark, based on attitude alone, even though I was an ass to him in the begining.

as of Friday May 27, 2005 around 2:20 pm my time I was told in 45 minutes I will hear from his bank that a wire transfer was done. Funny part about this is he called and confirmed. I even requested to speak with the teller of the bank. She says he made the wire transfer, but I could not get a serial number of the transaction, a receipt number or anything. Even more frustrating is his bank does not complete the transaction past 3:00 pm his time in Kansas. After I requested some proof on this all she can do is freeze his account till Tuesday May 31, 2005. I requested it she agreed to it.

If you spoke to the bank, and you are sure that you spoke to the bank, then the transfer is made. My bank uses 2PM as the cutoff for when the actual "value date" of a transaction will be. That it is before closing time is quite standard.

If Mark were to withdraw the funds and knowingly leave insufficient funds for the transfer that he arranged (if the bank would even let him do that) he would be guilty of a felony. It is equivalent to knowingly passing a bad check.

Okay, and your point? you've already said this. I already agreed with you. He should have checked references and such BEFORE sealing a deal and taking your money. After a deal has been made its done, he made that mistake. If someone does not agree with you, well, repeating yourself is not going to change thier mind Just like you and I have our opinions, others will have thiers. Let it be, at least you did a good job showing your side of the transaction and events.

Just out of curiosity, at what date does everyone think that the deal was ended by Mark? I don't mean when does he say it, I mean when does it become clear that Mark isn't going to sell Tony this snake.
I keep seeing people stating the bottom line. To me it looks like the bottom line is basically Tony ended up loaning Mark 3k to help pay for a motley, since it was very soon after the deal was made, and the money was spent that Mark wanted out of selling that snake. He didn't want the snake gonesoon, he wanted money fast.He got money fast, so then he didn't have to worry about coming up with motley money.That is the only reason I could think of that he agreed to 50% down. You don't spend a deposit until you do everything you can from your end.
Its like the old "deposit on an upcoming litter scenario" . If you don't produce the snake, you give deposits back.If you do produce, you sell the snakes to the people who left deposits, not tell them they cost more and tell them you could get more if you advertised them .
Mark didn't back out because he didn't like Tony, he backed out because he liked the prospect of advertising the animal at a greater price.
What I don't understand is why he accepted the other 25% AFTER he had decided the snake was worth more on the open market, and doesn't have that money now either.

Under my avatar (HULK) there is a section for "Rep Power: 0 (RED)".

Why is it red when 2 pages back and I saved the images it shows green, what function does that have if I was good 1 second and bad the next.....I find that funny that all of a sudden the rank went down. Just an observation, maybe a MOD can pm me the reason and why it was done.

Otherwise I think anyone can just claim bad on anyone that easy.

It means I gave you a negative reputation point when you felt the need to needlesly whine about not getting your refund while you're waiting to see if it arrives tuesday.

People on the forums have the ability to rate individual posts made by members for content, positive or negative. The overall rating is displayed there. A positive overall scroe is green, a negative overall score is red. Those with negative reputation ratings can still rate other members, but thier ratings are basically worthless since someone with a negative reputation rating cannot influence a positive one. I do not know all the details, but thats the jist of it.

This would be purely conjecture on my part, but I would guess it was a long time ago. Long before he offered the refund. But that is just a guess.

I understand what you are saying, but like I said in a reply. I talked with a woman, got a name that is all I got from that bank. She called me and was confused why she had to call, but I explained my situation as fast as I could it was long distance. But my bank gave me a protocal to confirm a transaction was set in motion, I asked her to answer my questions and I got nothing that I can believe it has been done. I mean maybe it was done, but why was there no reciept numbers, something to prove the money is moving now or on Tuesday. I do wires all the time can give any detail to a buyer or seller when dealing with them, why did I not get 1 shread of evidence. I mean after a year of lies and 2 weeks of most current lies, why should I trust Mark at all.

My bank gave me the requests to get my proof, I got nothing and so my bank could not confirm the money was even sent. I understand the full process this is my first wire transfer. I asked my bank what can I ask of Mark and the bank I and I stated already what was asked of me, I then called my bank and they said all you can do is hope cause he gave you nothing otherwise. So I wait, but everyone please understand this does not buy my slience, if I just let it go, it can happen to someone else.

Again I am not attacking or insulting anyone I am just typing my opinion, not same as hearing it from me but I am not offended by anyone' s opinion and hope same vice a versa.
