    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

EXACTLY! Amazing that Tony sent it too. I certainly would not have. Mark is lucky this was not me. If a deal was made and I recieved an email like that you can bet your ass there would have been hell to pay. Right that second a refund would have been requested and whether I recieved it or not a post here would have followed.

I would have liked to see what he would have had to say for himself then. BEFORE any problems with CITES paperwork or any other excuses he has used so far. That would have nailed the coffin.

Next time Tony, dont take any crap. Make a deal and stick to it. Someone tries to take advantage of you, get your money back and let it be known! Save others from the same mistake....
 
My reply to that email I attached a few posts ago would have sounded something like this..

We had a deal, and it is a deal you will follow through with. I do not care how the animal has changed or what you feel you could obtain for the animal now. You took an initial deposit, and agreed upon a 50% balance to be paid upon arrival. Now get off your ass and send me my snake. Otherwise refund me in FULL and exepct concequence.

BTW. It took me all of twenty to thirty minutes to do my homework and find out about Tony. Rumor has it he is one of the largest pains in the ass amongst his Canadian peers. Rumor has it he steals photos, misrepresents animals, and LOVES to construct payment plans and bug the hell out of sellers all the while.......

You know... ALL of the above may be 100% true but guess what?

Mark still accepted the deal and failed to follow through. The deal began falling apart LONG before he was even aware of these rumors or truths, whatever they may be....

Fact remains, how long did it take me to find out this information? And I am not even in the same "boa circles" as these guys.......

If entering into a deal such as this you do your homework first. No ifs ands or buts about it. Mark failed to do this. So.... With that said, who fault is it?

You guessed it... Marks. Mark may have every reason in the world not to want to deal with this guy after he learned of the many rumors that surround him but that is NOT why this deal fell apart.

It began falling apart wayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy back in October when Mark made it perfectly clear in his emails that he wanted to change the deal or sell the snake elsewhere for more.

I'll be the first to say it, knowing what I know now, I wish to god that I was not backing Tony up. I may think hes right here but I certainly would not want to deal with him, let alone alow him to breathe the same air I do. Mark my words right now, I HATE the fact that I am agreeing with him. But unfortunately, I do. The facts do not lie.

I feel like those geeks on the CSI shows....

Mark could have known all about Tony before he agreed to the deal for all we know. I mean (and this is speculation of course) if you never plan to send the snake, it doesnt matter who you are accepting 2k from right?If you need money quick, and you will worry about paying it back later, does it matter who Tony is?
 
TOP SHELF EXOTICS: It is no secret I have people in Canada that don' t like and that is fine, we can' t please everyone....I even tried to reply to those people and have apologized many times. Although it was never anything business related, it was personal stuff. Again its all hear say....I brought proof and hear say I did not.

Accusing me of those rumours is just another method to hit the guy when he is down. Did you ask me, have we spoken....no, yet believing hear say is just OK. I am just different I guess, I hear both sides before judging.

PM, or email me all these accusers and there proof I think I deserve that and there statements. Just coming on here and saying whatever, shows another reason why anyone can type away and hit someone when they are already dealing with a situation that has all the proof.

I commend you for you "cheap shot", well done......why not keep teasing me more so I have to reply over and over on this. But I know anyone that wants to trash talk me and my rep is doing it over emotion not that I screwed them on any deal. Remember this what I have on facts on Mark I have on any deal I do.

Let me say this.....

I hope Marks refund was sent as he said. Mark would be doing the right thing. I also hope he apologizes too you, no matter how painful that may be. In fact I think I would rather kill myself than apologize to you, even if you did deserve it. More power to Mark, he earns some HUGE respect from me if he does, thats for SURE!

When your refund arrives, I hope you withdrawl it in cash, set it in your pocket, and forget about it. Shortly thereafter I hope you mistakenly put it through the wash.

That should sum up my feelings in this situation quite nicely.

Mark may have done something wrong, and needs to make it right. It seems like he is on the right track, but he still has a bit of explaining to do. I do not like how he tried to change the deal.... And really he cannot argue it. He can simply apologize the best he can and show he understands the error in his ways.

And lastly... You

You may be a victim Tony, but your still an annoying piece of excrement. Your reputation is well deserved. I'm not saying anything of what I have heard to be true, I am simply basing my conclusions on THIS conversation and this conversation alone.

I honestly do not know why as the victim I have to explain myself, I did more than what was the original deal, was willing to complete it and so on. I take it here and I am getting cheap shots on my character and rumour this and that, lets get all this straight I did what I could to make the deal complete it itself. My only fault was assuming all my facts meant I am right. And that when someone brings it to light for all to see that he/she may have to take these cheap shots, I am different when it comes to that.

If this was anyone one of you as the victim I do not see a reason to step on you especially if you can bring the proof like I did. I really wished I had a way to save all the phone chats as well, and then get a way to show everyone but I did not so all I bring was just got good enough, even though I have seen less be more accepted like these rumours. That is fine, I will not bother defending myself on that anymore.

Another thing I am very sure about is this. People will read this or any post here or there no matter, but how many really read it clear from top - bottom, how many skim through it and how many judge from what little they know..........my point is this 21 pages it be hard to get me to read all this if I was not the thread starter. So people will judge me one way or another, again I do not rip people off, I do have enemies (personal or jealousy) it does not matter but I never ripped off a customer of my animals or did any seller wrong either. I always paid my bills, I alwats represented what ever as it was, I own what I say I own, I give credit when it has to be given.

Does this prove anything, maybe not....all depends if you read it all, judge me open minded, and accept that for that.

Dude, if there is nothing more to this, YOU WON. You are right.You posted the facts, and can't be argued against. I think everyone agrees that your info was well presented, and so far, nothing has been disputed as being fake emails or anything.
Have you ever lived in an apartment where the neighbors are up all night fighting? They keep yelling, and you know they are fighting, but you can't really make out the words, or what they are trying to get across. The only bits you understand is when one of them goes outside to smoke, and they kinda argue through the window for a bit, so you at least get to hear one side of it. If you have, then you know what you're doing to us now. You're keeping us awake, but we don't know what you're fighting for.

Tony why don't you try this, turn off your computer and wait till the agreed upon time for your refund to arrive. If it arrives come here and post that you received it,if it doesn't show up then come here and tell us that and go from there. What some here are trying to tell you is that your point has been made!!!! Most agree that you were getting screwed on this deal. So now just wait and see if it shows up. You don't need to say anymore right now and what your saying is pissing off those who feel your in the right! It's never a good idea to upset your supporters so just calm down and turn the machine off.

Anyone else think its weird...but awesome....that the moderators at kingsnake have no removed the link to this thread in the boa forum? Rock on! I think at one time the words Fauna and BOI were in their censored word filters. Nice to see they are allowing this...for now anyway.

Lets see in the kingsnake post I counted 3 places where this POS stated that Mark tried to up the price 3 grand. AGAIN SHOW PROOF YOU LYING POS.

Anyways Ive said my peace. No I would not be happy with this deal. But I will agree with what a few others have said after reading your posts. I WOULDNT DEAL WITH YOU IF YOU PAID ME TO. I dont blame Mark for not wanting to risk sending to you without full payment.

The posts I did read on Kingsnake didn't include Mark's name. Tony asked what others thought of the deal, and pretty much everyone agreed that it was crappy. Kingsnake didn't leave posts that pointed fingers at Mark with no proof. They left posts about a transaction with no name mentioned, with a link to proof.That to me is pretty cool of them, unless it just hadn't been found yet. I was merely commenting on the fact that they allowed a link to the BOI .I don't know what lies were told in the thread, but what I do know is that a link stayed in a post to where all if the information needed to make a decision could be found.
I would agree that if all that was on Kingsnake was something saying "Mark is a bad guy, what do you think?" and then there was no proof, just what Tony said in his few posts there then it would be wrong.However, that is not what it was at all. It was a "What do you think of this deal" Kind of post, with a link to more detailed information that isn't apropriate for the KS forum.

As Ive said time and time again, the thread is here. Tony has proved his point, but if he feels he needs to continue to LIE then go right ahead, I will continue to call him on it.
