    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Matt Bruner MBReptiles bad customer service!!

We were negotiating a trade with Matt, and after going back and forth at least on a daily basis [we responded same-day]. Responses dropped off, and we tried to call the store twice, just to get a "hes not here" response, and to leave a message. We were looking to finalize and arrange for someone to drive up to OR, and hand deliver/pick up the animals [saving both parties stress and $$], when ~ 2 weeks after our last communication we got an email stating he was no longer interested.

Which is fine, if someone changes their mind, thats fine. However, I expect it to be common courtesy to notify the other party of said change, as we were holding off listing the animals for sale waiting on his response. So, in that case, 2 weeks was a bit excessive.

About a week into waiting to hear back, we decided that if someone doesn't make communication a priority, we would have preferred to not continue with the transaction, and posted the animals FS.

Dan Im glad you noticed the email exchange where I specifically told him I needed those tstats asap. And as far as he said I was yelling I didn't I was truthful about using the f word but was in no way disrespectful to the woman on the phone. I just said since Matt was f-ing around I would like to cancel my order and asked for a refund. Matt it sounds like you have your story messed up as the emal plainly says I neded them asap your response says no problem. Also the response of waiting on another shipment is a BS typical answer I heard that from Matt Greybeal numerous times and a woman that went thru you for a rack said that's the answer you gave her. So please just come clean and work on your customer service skills. But I do appreciate you finally getting back in touch with paypal for my refund but I will definatley not deal with you in future. Thanks for everyones positive responses
