    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

But the thing is Jim placed an add on that was not in stock and was told of the situation as soon as the order was placed. I was instructed to wait as he did not want to pay shipping twice. So actually I was just "following orders" so to speak...It would have shipped monday if I was not told to wait for the egg crates to come in.

Thats what I gathered from your original post. He's claiming he never called you and said that from what I've read.... That he only called you twice, then called again and ended up disturbing your mother.

Needless to say I agree you've done everything in your power to assist this situation and he only met your efforts with ignorance.
 
I am not going to read everyones posts, No need, I know you all do not like me and O well, If you choose to think I am the bad guy then that is just fine by me, I Know Matt was the Liar, and he claims he does not want to ruin my business, Well if he truelly meant it then he would post that he did Lie about us talking about shipping being delayed. All that does Matter is I expected delivery on something, I trusted Matt,

Flat out this whole thread and my disapointment is that Matt clearly lied and you people do not care, you put me down because I posted, well at least I did not have to lie about the transaction.

That is good that people do not like me and do not want to buy from me, I would not want any of you to have what I have to offer if you believe in Matt.
At least you would not have to worry about me lying to save my rep.

OK, I read a few of your posts, I keep this going because of one reason, that reason is that Matt lied about our deal, You folks believed him and did not doubt him, that ticked me off, Just because you have had good dealings with him.
This place is suppose to be the BOI and it should not matter what your rep is here, every different post should be like a first when it comes to different situations and finding out the truth, but you folks did not and choose to shoot me instead. you folks were not fare and Matt lied and is still lying, he has too he cannot turn back.

In all seriousness though, In all reality I'm sure Jim knows his behavior has been a bit ridiculous. Perhaps a better approach would have been better?

Yes Dennis we did communicate that, If you were not so out to attack me you would see in the emails that Matt told me how much the crates were and he was planning on shiping Monday.
He did not say anything about not having it in stock.

The deal with the rack, I gave them the chance to replace it they did not until I posted here, but in your attacking eyes you see it different, then they offered a replacment, I never refused it and I believe I stopped talking about it very shortly after that correct or is someone using my name and posting for me ? Then you say Matt offered me free stuff well, I choose to not want his offer because he Lied his butt off. but in your eyes he is the king because he offered free stuff, I know you guys cannot see the real picture here because your out for my blood, so to try and explain it is a waste of time.
 
Well, I am not in any little circle and if I had a problem with anyone that would not resolve the issue, I would not hesitate to post it. No matter who it is.

I think that on the other thread I asked very obvious questions that should have been asked. If the shoe was on the other foot and the accuser came on the thread about you, I do believe I would have asked the same questions. Although, I probably would not be so quick to defend someone with a little history like you now.
Go back and reread it from your initial post.

Someone else who builds racks jumps on a thread to trash another person in the same business will send red flags up, especially when that person that they are attacking has an excellent reputation.

Now, like I said I have not had any business dealings with Matt but I have with Casey and I believe he is a standup guy.

I just find it very hard to believe those TWO people with great reputations and NO complaints prior to yours would have their first bad deal with the same person. Sounds really strange to me.

Only two possible reasons I can think of for this.

1. They both have all this pent-up frustration for giving such great customer service and being such good guys, that they both secretly desired to be bad, at least once. They both plotted to find someone they could target and you miraculously walked right into both of their traps. Wow, what nerve they have and they thought they could get away with it. Poor Jim, you have been the victim of the good guy syndrome.

Or

2. You have a major communication problem and/or a very difficult person to deal with.
Or to give you the benefit of the doubt, maybe you think you are being clear with people but your not. You never addressed certain statements in the other thread that you did not request a fix to your problem. Just go back and look at your statements you gave in both threads and the responses.

You look “Outside the Box” and maybe you will see it a little different. You were the one in ATTACK MODE from your first post and you do not expect it from others. Maybe if your posts were a little more civil people might listen to what you have to say.

I can't believe that a thread in which there is no theft, no dead animal, no poor packaging, no misrepresented items, etc. has reached 23 pages.

There was a miscommunication, and the deal was canceled then refunded. End of story.

Move along folks...there's nothing more to see here.

I have ordered from matt not long ago. I purchased a pair og Hogg Islands and recieved a very healthy, parasite free boas that were everything Matt said they were. Delivery was on time. Matt even sent all the paperwork and care sheets with these snakes including the original paperwork from Constrictors Northwest. Matt is 1st class!

My orders went like this, first order, slow shipping, probably out of stock, second order I was shorted and not told but cash in the box so ended up paying shipping to someone else to get what I ordered, I think third order went with out any problems, 4th order never shipped when I was told it was going to be, then He paid me money back that I never asked for and it ended up costing me $5, but eventually he paid it back but not until someone said he did owe me.
I gave matt a chance more then once and I was disatisifed with my purchases, to many problems and it started to cost me more money because of this. but like everyone here says it must have been me,, LOL

What I can't quite figure out Jim is that after all those bad experiences with Matt, you continued to order from him. I believe you stated that this was your fourth order. That is pretty impressive customer loyalty for someone you claim has lousy customer service.

Thanks John, I feel everyone deserves a second chance, and I gave him 4,
I tried, what else can you do.I gave him the benifit of the doubt just because everyone praised him on the BOI.
I use to respect most people here but my mind has changed now.
