    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Sorry for posting this and keeping this thread going. However, I came to a realization that I was going to by two racks from Jim in the near future. I would not have bought anything until October because that’s my birthday and the racks would have been my gift from my daughter. Jim, I have been to your web site many times and just never put Coolcrittersbylj and your name together. Your racks look good but your attitude toward other people is in need of repair. So, like I said on page 4. I have bought from Matt and will in the future. I also bought a rack from Animal Plastics. Your problems with Casey and Matt and what appears to be your unwillingness to find a solution will cause people like me to find someone else(Vision) or in my case go back to Animal Plastics. The reason for my interest was that I wanted to try out a flex watt heating system. I liked the idea that I could get duel heat in your rack, but because of the negative attitude that you seem to put out. Your attitude may or may not be there because writing with proper feelings is hard to do. However, I feel if I had problems with your products that I have no idea how you would handle the situation. In your posts, it appears that if you got mad at me that the hope for a solution would not come out easily. Please, Jim don’t take this as an attack on you only trying to show how you need to be careful with your wording. Again sorry for putting in my 2 cents but this is how I feel.

P.S. I did have a problem with my AP rack, but talking to Ali the problem was resolved in two minutes. Also had to change my order with Matt in the middle of the order, and it was no problem for me to do it. Matt simply said “no problem”.

You look “Outside the Box” and maybe you will see it a little different. You were the one in ATTACK MODE from your first post and you do not expect it from others. Maybe if your posts were a little more civil people might listen to what you have to say.

I take care of my customers, I even opologize to them when shipping is delayed, I do not need to lie to others about our deal, This thread and my attitude would never have gone this far if it was not for Matt lying about the whole deal.
Some of you think well Matt went over and above to make it right, Well he sure shinned your boots. Now if he was honest then I would shine his.
We all know this is not going to happen, Matt cannot turn back.

A simple thing I learned as a child.

When it seems like everyone disagrees with you and there isn't anyone on your side. Maybe....Just maybe it is not everyone else on earth that is wrong, just the man in the mirror.
 
I feel matt did his best to make things right by you. My two experiences with him were nothing but PERFECT! I am trying to think of new reptiles to buy just so I can buy more stuff from him LOL, anyway on my second order from matt I asked him the day after I ordered if he could let me know when he shipped my flexwatt out, he responded by saying how about yesterday? I wasn't expecting it so soon and when I walked on my front porch I tripped over the box in the dark. Normally I look with anticipation every day waiting for something this time it got here before I could even get ancy about it coming!! Matt I will still buy from you with confidence :)
 
Thanks Ryan I appricte that! This subject does not even worry me any longer as I know I did the right thing and it woudl have ended up this way no matter if I was offering a free pot of gold..lol.. Thanks for the support guys..

I think his hard work and dedication to his business and this hobby made many heads turn when his reputation was questioned. The only direction for Matt is straight ahead.

Seeing the thread is still floating I guess everything needs to be spelled out for most of you, I posted my bad experience with Matt, it was my experience and it was not done professionaly unless only getting a partial order and cash in the box back makes it a good deal,,,,,,

Matt lied about the deal, that is what keeps me fired up, If you cannot see this then it is your loss.

Come on Matt tell these trusting folks of yours that you did not send me a partial order, ( as you all say ) my order was steller, mine was not.
Be a real Man Matt and tell these fine folks that you lied.

You just cannot quite SEE that when EVERYONE HE HAS EVER DEALT WITH OTHER THAN YOURSELF is more than happy with his service, many becoming lifelong customers...and that everyone...in all fairness...and having seen Matt publicly offer to give you the items FREE...believe you to be absolutely insatiable...the problem customer than no one ever wants and hopefully never gets...maybe the rest of the WORLD isn't wrong just this once...maybe for the first time EVER in your life you really ARE wrong.

Matt gave you cash back in the box because he didnt want to carry over a balance to your next order. Simple. Why? Because he probably identified you as a pain in the ass and didnt want you back as a customer. You got what you paid for and were refunded for what you didnt receive.
