    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

I had one interaction with that company and between the extremely unprofessional interaction and the responses he has done during this issue, especially picking on somebody over their spelling, is beyond explanation OR justification. How pathetic is that to pick on another person's weakness? I have known very intelligent people who have trouble spelling and by Chris' above statement he is putting down anybody who is not a good speller as attesting or giving creditability to the person's character. I think calling somebody names and and being unprofessional says a whole lot more!!

As for me being honest or what not, I will not even answer that as the people here have done that for you! Jim was refunded before this stupid thread was ever started. Something tells me that you are a friend of Mr. Rainman! And you have no reason what so ever to attack Chris, he is one of the most stand up, intellegent and professional business men I have ever delt with.

Don't think you know what you are talking about...TSE is one of the best known and most well respected dealers around. And I, for one, DO hold bad grammar and spelling against someone...I have never known anyone who was intelligent who could not spell and use words correctly. NOT ONE.
I am sick of reading all of these moronic posts that appear as if they were written by a third grade educated person...wake up and get real.

OK, I may be new to this forum but I am not new to the reptile world and to other forums. And I am perhaps as qualified to comment as anyone as I have done business with both of these individuals in the last 60 days or so.

Everyone keeps complaining that this needs to die. Well.....stop complaining. Stop writing. It will get to the bottom of the pile when people stop posting. I know that I have brought it back to the top but truth be told it was there when I started this post.

My $.02 worth:

This is a small matter that escalated into something way bigger than the transaction itself which ended long ago.

Jim, shut up. (I am buying two chondros from you to be shipped shortly.)

Matt, shut up. (I bought a VPI Jungle male from you.)

Yes, thank you much. The difference is I appreciate constructive critics and welcome it. It helps me from making similar mistakes in the future. I also have no problem forming four letter words. And if I did misspell a simple word, would acknowledge it as a typo or accept the correction with grace. Thanks.

Before This whole Thing started I didn't Know Matt Greybeal From Adam, only what Ive heard about him, but after reading all of your nonsense even after you got what was your you continued ON and ON and ON about him lieing it made me want to know Matt better so let me sum this up .......Matt = If I need Product Matt= If I want an honest person Matt = Reliable Business Man and last but not least Matt = Grade A+ in my book to do busines with :)
 
Fair enough, Chris. But I am not sure that calling someone an "illiterate bafoon (sic)" can be construed as being in any way "constructive". I have read a lot of the posts in this thread, but not all of them as frankly I have better things to do. One observation I feel that I can make fairly is that there is more than enough blame to go around.

Agreed, if you were to read the thread in its entirety you will see that Jim did nothing but handle this situation in the worst possible way. It was a very trivial issue, and Matt went out of his way to correct it. Refunded him, offered the extra items up for a donation auction, ect. Ect.

Since then he has done nothing but run his mouth and toss around his amusing little "you're all stupid" insults showing everyone his true nature and maturity. Rather than deal with a simple issue calm and collected, he proved what people will encounter if they ever have an issue with him. Plain and simple.

Now tell me, would you want to enter into a transaction with an individual like this knowing what could possibly happen if something went wrong? Want to listen to him create excuses because he is selling and giving deadlines on products that are not in his possession or assembled, blaming everyone but himself of course? Want him on the phone harassing your mother? Want him slinging the most pathetic and immature insults you have ever seen back and forth when trying to deal with a simple situation that should have been dealt with in private? Want him to twist and deny facts in an amusing attempt at harming your reputation? I seriously doubt it.

Anyone dealing with this individual is taking a LARGE risk. He is simply nothing but trouble. After reading this thread you can be certain people will think twice. I've seen children selling lemonade who show more business ethic and maturity. It does not take a scientist to realize what you would potentially be dealing with.....
 
Ok...now that the uninitiated have once again straightened everyone out...we should bow down and thank them.

Obviously all the people that have good business relationships with Jim and all the people that have had bad transactions with Matt are sick...and unable to get to the computer...and have been for DAMN NEAR THREE WEEKS.

I wish them all the best of health...and hopefully they will all be in better condition to set us all straight in the near future.

UNTIL then...I agree...it is enough said.
I know who I will be doing business with in the future.
I also know who I won't...

And anyone who reads this thread can probably come to the same conclusion I have...in fact some have already voiced their opinion in this thread...they must not have gotten that bug that the Jim Scharphorn Fan Club got.

I also know who I will not recommend to ANYONE in the future...

There you go again.... How about rather than slinging names back and forth you take responsibility for your actions and try being PROFESSIONAL. Address the situation, refrain from your immature antics, copy and paste your response into a program that will allow you to spell check so people are able to actually UNDERSTAND your responses and then see where it goes from there. Perhaps you can begin digging yourself out of the proverbial bottomless pit you have dug for yourself. And by the way, the comments about your grammar are actually trying to assist you. Nobody wants to buy from someone that types and spells like a grade school child. I for one simply delete emails and inquiries that look like they were formed by a child, I would not consider business with such an individual even for a second. Unless they had consent from a parent or guardian of course :)

Also, Telling everyone on the BOI that they are stupid is not helping. Trust me. If you think this is simply going to go away, you're wrong. I'll give you my word I'll do everything in my power to educate anyone who inquires about you until you give people here a reason to think otherwise. Mark my words.
