• Responding to email notices you receive.

In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

Yeah, I know. They are a pain in the butt. But they pay the bills to keep my server running. Just a fact of life, I am afraid.

Want to get rid of them? Simple. Just become a Contributor level member or above and they will be gone. -> Please click HERE."

Is that too much for me to ask of you to keep this site running? Well, sorry about that. I too wish I could get everything for free. But alas.....

    =====================

Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Obviously his claim "indicating that the item they received did not match the original description" is a complete lie.

This is obviously an attempt by Mr. Cossman to try to damage my reputation with PayPal by filing this frivolous claim and thereby defraud me of those funds.

Rather than repeat the WHY of this, I believe it is just better to refer readers to this thread -> http://www.faunaclassifieds.com/forums/showthread.php?t=253278

You cant say it wasnt as described!! Of caorse it was or you would not have become a member, you act like it was a red animal and you got a blue one. I believe this is a non-refundable transaction the buyer new axactly what the buyer was getting. Zoo its your fault you bit off more than you could chew.

Perhaps you might consider referring Paypal to that thread as well.
I agree that Mr. Cossman is attempting to defraud you. He has in fact availed himself of the benefits of this site, and knew exactly what he was purchasing at the time of purchase, and has received it.
Just because the amount is small, does not make his misguided attempt to harm you any less slimy.

Roflmao - Very much expected.....as a matter of fact, one of my posts in the other thread almost included the question How long do you think it will take him to demand a refund of his membership payment?. (I removed it just before submitting the post, figuring I shouldn't suggest the idea, on the off chance that he wasn't going there.)

What a joke. I didn't think Paypal would do refunds for that type of transaction. I hope for his sake, he grows up some day.

Low class move there matty, low class move.

And of course, it also makes you a lying sack of crap.

Well done boyo.

That's NONSENSE. How can you dispute a donation? Ummm...ya sorry cancer kids you didn't smile for me when I visited so I want my money back....uh NO. Isn't it a donation and as a contributor "donor" you get extra perks? (Very common with other "contributions" I've made to free services in the past) I plan on contributing soon myself just for the fact this site deserves support for the work put into it and the avail info on just about any issue and the BOI for bad sellers/buyers. Good luck Rich, you won't need it - his dispute is ridiculous.

The money sent for the membership has fees taken out, So Paypal will listen to the claim since their both customers. Once paypal realizes its for a Forum membership, the person SHOULD know its non refundable

Well, it appears that Mr. Cossman was determined to perpetrate his fraud:

Often times, bank reversals occur when a buyer or a buyer's bank reports that the transaction was not authorized. Although we are required to return the payment to the bank in these instances, we don't debit your account if the transaction was covered under PayPal Seller Protection. Unfortunately, this payment was not covered under PayPal Seller Protection, and it was deducted from your PayPal balance.

Here is a screen shot lets see where he takes this.

 to you Webslave. What a sh***y thing for him to do. Why bother doin it in the 1st place. Is that grounds for a ban? Or does he continue to get to use the site to further his wallet? So glad you made this public.

He replied with a Mind your own buisness.

Yea I saw, I dont need all the facts what he did is illegal.

The fact of the matter is, he paid for a membership, Once payment was received, which most times is instantly he got his Coins as soon as the page refreshed.

But cause he cried and got banned he wanted to do a charge back, Which he must not know is Fraud and punishable by law with jail time if Rich protests it.

I won't ban him permanently (yet) to give him a chance to address this here. But no, he will not be allowed to advertise his animals for sale here any longer. He will need to find some other place to do that.
