In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

Yeah, I know. They are a pain in the butt. But they pay the bills to keep my server running. Just a fact of life, I am afraid.

Want to get rid of them? Simple. Just become a Contributor level member or above and they will be gone. -> Please click HERE."

Is that too much for me to ask of you to keep this site running? Well, sorry about that. I too wish I could get everything for free. But alas.....

Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Bad Guy MEL KRUGER - CROOK

"KRUGER'S KRITTERS is a family ran Business were we breed and give our reptiles love"

We might find business items of interest in his company, any of you search wizards turn up anything on his family?

Not that it matters but here you go

Oh it matters because I haven't received anything

The BronX BoA

This should be pretty simple to straighten out. You are talking about shipping firearms to a receiving FFL, which should have a verifiable paper trail. The intended recipient claims to have not received those firearms, so if that is true, then it would appear that those guns are lost.

It is federal law that FFLs that have knowledge of a lost firearm MUST report that loss within 48 hours of becoming aware of that loss.

https://www.atf.gov/firearms/report-firearms-theft-or-loss-0

That will also create a paper trail.

I think someone notifying BATF about this could get it straightened out pretty quickly. They will very likely start with the shipper to obtain the necessary records at the source. They take this sort of thing VERY seriously.

here's my take. When alex held back on that one snake; for what ever reason, Mel felt played and thought "Nobody screws over ol' mel kruger...NOBODY! (especially a new yorker)" and retaliated by screwing over alex by not fulfilling his end of the deal. I'm not sure I would classify kruger as a thief, but more towards someone with a sensitivity issue (i.e. childish). He could easily come out of this mess unscathed yet chooses not to do so which only reinforces my point of him acting childish and not necessarily being criminal minded.

This apparently isn't Mr. Kruger's first time stealing from someone. I noticed the name on the paperwork he posted isn't his, I'm not sure who the person on the paperwork is but after searching the phone number on the papers it belongs to his mother. I'm not completely sure what the laws in arizona but I know in some states a convicted felon can't get a permit to own firearms. Does mr. Kruger even own the guns he agreed to trade for the snakes? If he does is that even legal?

ATF will tell you that this is a civil dispute and have a nice life. I also don't see either FFL in the middle releasing information about the transfer without authorization from the parties involved; we FFL's are only required to open our books to the ATF for inspections once a year. When the FBI wanted to look through our records last year for an investigation the agents showed up with a warrant.

And seriously, if you are buying/selling firearms do you want your transfer dealer showing off that paperwork to just anyone who asks? I certainly wouldn't, there is way too much that can be used for ID theft on the 4473.

Arizona is not a fascist state; no permit is required to own or purchase firearms.

OTOH ATF will be very interested if Kruger is a convicted felon and dealing/trading in firearms.

Ok

Oh and the comment about ripping off Kruger's kritters let this be a lesson to whoever tries to you will get ripped off you hit the nail on the head and I am a hard nose when I believe in myself I will not move an inch

:bleep::bleep::bleep::bleep::bleep::LOLbleep::bleep::bleep::bleep::bleep::bleep:

It's really pathetic that at 44 years old Kruger acts more immature and childish then most teenagers I know. Instead of posting something genuine and honest he pretty much posted what a 4 year old would. It wouldn't be that hard to make this right and save his business but he chooses not to. I guess he doesn't really care about his business.

And guess who the police, judge and jury is on whether someone tried to rip off Mel Kruger? You guessed it... Mel Kruger. Everyone please keep this statement in mind when considering dealing with this guy. If something, hell ANYTHING goes awry you can count on the fact that he will file it under his "You tried to rip me off so I'm ripping you off instead." business model. What a piece of work you are man. Do yourself a favor and forget how to type.

:iagree: and the most delusional self-centered police, judge and jury ever! He only sees things the way he wants to, the way that benefits him, and no matter how much evidence and proof is put infront of his face he will not see it any other way.

Answer the question

Did you ship the two guns to me?

The BronX BoA

I certainly hope you are sending links to this thread everywhere.

I don't see enough red chiclets under Kruger's name to reflect the kind of dissatisfaction I, anyway, feel about his childish posts.

This is how I found the phone number on the paperwork belongs to his mother.

If this is a family business, this means the other members of his family are accountable also. The more info about them, the better.

Based on his behavior in this thread, I would not buy a green anole from him. He clearly isn't taking anything very seriously at all, including his business and his reputation.. I wouldn't sell him a green anole either.

No offense to the green anole.

I'd found this stuff a while back, but it ultimately didn't really lead anywhere so I didn't bother making too much of it. Lee Davis could be a bit ambiguous, since it could apply to more than one person. In the context of the info Julia found on FB, where the person is listed as female, it would seem that that would be Leona Lucille Chilcoat's (the person whose name is on the receipts) married name. The ambiguity comes in when you see that there's a Leroy (could be shortened to Lee) Davis who appears to be listed as co-owner of their Sierra Street address.

While I can understand if a person may have feelings of vengeance, if/when they feel very wronged, it gives you no right to do whatever you want to the person/people who have done so.
Although, this situation, IMO, doesn't even rise to a level of taking such a large, unlawful, vengeance, as you have, anyway.

Again, if someone attempts to rip you off, or even if they do manage to rip you off for that matter, it gives you no right to behave like a criminal nor to make a criminal action, yourself, against them.

Children may not understand this but a self possessed adult will.
