Bad Guy MEL KRUGER - CROOK

I see he never posted photo proof with time and date of all boas, to prove he still has them all since he says he does but his text says he sold 4 and who knows how many else since and hasn't posted proof he still has all the guns either.

This person is one of those who make our hobby look bad and make it hard for us to trust on trades, purchases, etc. He needs to post proof they're all still there and needs to pay for the shipping back since he didn't fulfill his end, that's the only way this should be remedied well that or sending the one gun to Colorado like the OP said. I don't see anything happening though. I would call his local PD and have a chat, see if they'll do anything.

I haven't been here for a few days as evil squirrels evidently took out my phone line at the street pole and AT&T took their sweet time to come out to figure it out.

Regardless, it has been long proven that Mel Kruger is a person NOT to be trusted. He obviously has issues and will lie, steal and twist the truth to suit reality.

He was here. He chose not to participate ... yet again. Yes, Mel Kruger, you are wrong, wrong, wrong. Your business, your reputation will suffer. You are a thief.

One could always add a new post on the same forums he uses in the for sale /wanted sections.
titled : for sale/wanted MEL KRUGER THIEF and add the link
just keep following him eveywhere so eveyone sees it, seen that done on other forums, even craygslist or kijiji adds, often verry effective in getting the attention wanted..

can't bebleive how much of a thief this guy is... just send the gun already, not complicated to do, or as mentionned, send the rest of the snakes using the $$ you made selling some OHHH and don't forget to send him the $$$ you made off the other ones too, that $$ is not your either since the snakes aren't your yet.. what a tool >:-(

Anyone successful at research. He bills himself as a 'family run business', I have had no success at finding any info on the family. Once found, that info may bring more results.

He does have a facebook page, and it looks like he might have 1 family member on his friends list. (At least she has the same last name as him.) If you do a general search on him there's something that comes up that says: "Mel Kruger; Phoenix, Az; Age: 60-64" which is on the whitepages. So not sure how accurate that one is. I found his store information and it's based in Glendale, Az. It has the address and phone number.

So not sure how "Family run" his business is, but there's very little information on his facebook and in general.

While I certainly understand the frustration here, I advise against this proposed action.

As do I. Posting a link in the ad is allowed; but when the ad is locked, that isn't an option. Dragging BOI issues into other areas of the site is a sure way to get an infraction...and such an entry would likely be removed; so you'd lose on both counts.

Unjustly accused, got to be kidding me.. this guy has had every opportunity to make this right, to prove he had all the snakes, to send just ONE gun but keeps insisting on the most expensive one, why? So he can sell them and send the op nothing. If he just sent the one gun this wouldn't be happening. I feel people shouldn't be able to lock ads, they just let's scammers lock ads so no one can warn the public right away. Yea I know feed back forum, that's my only input on that. He needs to either send a gun, or send all the snakes back.

I've seen this done on other sites and it's verry effective when people start seeing it, they can delete it from their own message but not when a new post is created and gets the converstion going... all of a sudden everywhere he goes people know or will find out.
unfortunately , not eveyone uses Fauna, hell i came here exactly because of what i just described and wanted to know more.. always fun to see someone caught and linked to BOI on other sites..

Can somebody tell me exactly where Mel is wrong? Alex agreed to 12 snakes for 2 guns you can not like the trade value Mel has on his guns but too bad he can ask whatever he wants. Alex sent 11 snakes then asked for his guns. They found out Alex couldn't legally have the guns they agreed on that's Alex's fault 100%. The only question is did Mel agree to send the Glock for the snakes he had or was he expecting the last snake to complete the deal. I haven't seen anywhere that Mel waived the last snake maybe I missed where it was posted its a long thread. If Alex sends shipping labels and doesn't get his snakes back I agree it's all on Mel, but Mel has no obligation to agree to new terms because Alex screwed up. Everyone saying Alex is in the right is saying you can agree on a deal then when you can't hold up your end the other person is supposed to change the deal to make you happy that's not how it works. It's real simple Alex screwed up he needs to pay to ship or send labels to get his snakes back. If he does that and Mel doesn't ship Mel's a thief until then Mel is boarding Alex's snakes and Alex needs to pay rent.

Yes he did agree to send one gun the 10/22 for the 12 snakes. Then when that couldn't happen., he agreed to send the glock.
